Highly recommend I highly recommend Unity Breathwork! I joined the training on a whim after experiencing a breathwork session with Megan in Sayulita in 2024, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I graduated in January and am now working professionally as a breathwork facilitator in San Francisco. What stood out most was how well organized and thoughtfully run the program is. Megan puts her heart and soul into every aspect, creating an incredibly supportive and immersive learning experience. Her passion for this work really shines through. The training was both comprehensive and practical like this it combined science and theory with hands on experience and lots of personalized support. I especially appreciated the emphasis on safety, trauma informed approaches, and developing the skills needed to confidently work with clients. The program finishes with an eight day intensive in Mexico, which was honestly one of the best eight days of my life! I loved it so much that I returned as a guest this past January to spend time with the new cohort. By graduation, I genuinely felt prepared to begin facilitating. The practical experience, curriculum, and ongoing community support gave me the confidence and tools to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and always continuing to learn and grow herself. This experience was transformative for me both personally and professionally, and I couldn't recommend Unity more highly!

Unity Breathwork second to none in the world of breathwork. Megan is an educated, passionate teacher of all things breathwork. I met Megan by chance in Mexico and wanted a private breathwork session. That eventually led to taking her course and really understanding the power of our breath. I would recommend both her school as well as private sessions from Unity.

Amazing Breathwork certification! Unity’s 450-hour certification is, hands down, one of the best breathwork trainings out there. I honestly can’t think of anything that would have made my experience better. Megan, the founder, brings an incredible amount of experience to the table, and what I love most is that she truly walks the walk. She’s been facilitating breathwork for nearly 10 years and has worked as a writer and curriculum developer for several other breathwork training schools, including some of the leading programs in the industry. She took everything she saw working well in those programs, incorporated those strengths into Unity’s curriculum, and thoughtfully filled in the gaps she had encountered along the way. One of my favorite things about Unity, though, is that there is no woo-woo BS. Megan is incredibly grounded while also being deeply passionate about breathwork. She’s completely dedicated to her students and pours her heart and soul into the training. She makes every student feel seen, supported, and guided every step of the way. The curriculum itself is seriously impressive. I loved that it’s designed to support different learning styles and is delivered in a way that never feels boring or overwhelming. You work through online content for each seminar at your own pace and then come together for biweekly Zoom calls, where you learn even more through live teaching and discussion. You also get your own mentor, which adds another layer of personalized support. And then there are all the extra pieces woven into the training that I absolutely loved: working with instruments, Reiki and energy work, creating epic playlists, learning how to hold meaningful sharing circles, and getting a genuinely valuable education on the business side of breathwork so I could actually learn how to make a living doing this work. The deep dive into trauma was another huge highlight for me. By the time I finished the in-person portion, I felt confident, inspired, and genuinely prepared to go out into the world and share this incredible practice. I graduated feeling fully equipped to hold space for others. I wish more people knew about Unity because it can be hard to find programs like this among all the heavily advertised breathwork certifications. I’m so glad I dug deeper and found them. They’re setting a standard for what truly trauma-informed breathwork training can look like, and I’m incredibly grateful I chose to train with them.

I can’t recommend the Unity Breathwork Facilitator Training enough. It was an absolute rabbit hole trying to sort through all the hyped up trainings that weren’t offering much depth and actually find one that was truly trauma informed and comprehensive. Im so glad I landed on Unity! I really appreciate how much integrity Megan has in offering a training that is genuinely trauma informed, rather than simply using the term for marketing. I also loved that the faculty included nine other leaders in their fields, particularly having a trauma therapist with 20 years of experience leading much of the trauma and mental health content. More than that, I went through my own inner journey during the training and truly feel like a different person than I was when I started. The icing on the cake was the in person segment, where I got to meet my peers and put everything we had learned over the year into practice. This experiential component was invaluable, and I can’t imagine holding space for connected breathwork without having gone through a training that included an in person component. Even better, the community stays close after graduation. I always have Megan, my mentor, and my fellow students to turn to for support and inspiration. Thank you Megan and Unity for all that you do!

I highly recommend Unity Breathwork both for the breathwork sessions and the top-tier training. I did several phenomenal sessions with Megan, which introduced me to the healing power of conscious connected breathwork. I was so amazed with how powerful it was that I decided I wanted to become a certified facilitator as well. The training course with Unity is truly world class. You dive deep into the practice, the science and the business — and maybe most important, you become thoroughly equipped to work with those who carry deep trauma. Since my training with Unity, I’ve taken several additional classes with other schools, partially out of a desire to keep learning and partially out of curiosity, and have been deeply disappointed and in some cases really concerned. There are a lot of courses out there that fail to teach safe practices. If you are at all interested in deepening your practice or exploring becoming a facilitator, I can’t recommend Unity Breathwork enough. No other option comes close.

My husband and I had never done breathwork before, so this was our very first experience. At first, we felt a little unsure about doing something so intimate in a group of strangers. But from the moment we arrived, that feeling slowly disappeared. The setting was beautiful and calming, and Megan did an incredible job guiding us through the entire experience.
