I posted an honest 1-star review about Yellow Door Care through Trustindex. Their verification process asked me to prove my identity, which I did, but they also wanted proof of “purchase” even though I was not the client — my late father was. I explained this clearly, yet the review was still removed the moment Yellow Door Care reported it.
Trustindex claims its process protects authenticity, but in practice it protects the businesses who pay them. If a paying client can remove a negative review simply by objecting to it, then the system cannot be trusted by the public

I provided proof of my identity and explained clearly that I was not the paying client because my father was the one receiving services from Yellow Door Care. He has since passed away, so I cannot provide “proof of purchase” in his name. He is dead. That doesn’t mean I am not who I say I am. It simply means your system cannot accommodate legitimate feedback when the client is deceased or unable to verify.
This is exactly the problem.
A business can report a review, and unless the reviewer can provide documents that don’t exist or are no longer accessible, the review is removed by default. That makes the process inherently biased toward the businesses who use your platform.
I verified who I am. I explained the situation transparently. The review was still removed.
That’s why I stand by my comment: this system does not protect the public; it protects the businesses who pay to be there

Your review of Yellow Door Care wasn’t removed because the company “objected” or because they are a paying customer. Reviews on Trustindex are only removed when the required verification cannot be completed. In your case, you weren’t the direct customer, and we weren’t able to verify your connection to the services received. Without that verification, we’re unable to keep a reported review published. This applies to all users and all businesses, paid or not.
Our goal is to maintain a platform of genuine, verifiable customer experiences. When a company reports a review, we must follow the same protocol every time — verify the reviewer’s relationship to the business, or remove the review if that can’t be established.
We’re sorry if the process felt difficult but we cannot forego authentication when needed. If at any point you’re able to provide proof that confirms your involvement with the business, we’re still open to reviewing it and completing the verification.

Why do i feel this is a scammed or hacked site. I have a paid subscription with this site, but for 2 months i am not able to access my account and now they are telling me that the registered email is not correct, and they give me an email address which doesn't belong to me. Also the google review reply doesn't work. And their support team also not helpful.

I'm using this platform over long time. The support is very good, they answer most of my questions (which is not so easy in general). The trading experience on demo accounts is very good. I'm using the demo accounts mostly for developing automatic trading applications. I don't have too much experience with live trading yet, just few transactions, but I didn't have any issues so far.
Deposits by wire transfer (SEPA) are quite quick (2 days), however some other brokers have them quicker (1 day for booking with almost online info the the money already arrived). I know this is the Bank issue not the broker probably but this is the point for improvement

This site turned out to be a scam. Initially, they accept your investment without any issues, but when it’s time to withdraw, they suddenly start requesting multiple forms of identification—none of which were required during the deposit process. I lost over $13,000, having sold most of my belongings to invest.
