The product is quite inexpensive and works well. Beware of any wordpress plugins they offer, they've basically brought down our website because their backend was having performance issues. Just stick to async JS code, and you should be good. Support is usually not really helpful and seems to have a hard time understanding what is going on. But for the cheap price, I don't expect a lot... UPDATE / ANSWER TO OWNER: Your customer support did not yet help me and keeps telling me the issue is not there, even though i sent a load of technical details to show you the issue... Last mail was not answered at all.

Great tool for getting more reviews and showcasing them. Their website reviews widget looks great, and the options in the backend for creating QR-Codes, ordering NFC-Cards and more and super helpful.

Good support and they solved quickly a problem I was having.

This software is truly awesome & so much cheaper than other solutions we have used before. We run the marketing for 100+ companies & getting them to ask for reviews is a struggle. Let alone getting any of their customers to actually leave reviews. Our customer are also fearful of getting bad Google reviews so the review request email that filters out 1-3 star ratings & does not direct them to Google is just Fantastic. I am recommending this to everyone we speak to.

The tool is really great. Its really easy to implement and they still have a great customer service. The tool offers so many options, which are all great and very useful, if you want to run a successful website. Many other companies offer just a little bit of their tools and features and charge much much more. Therefore 5 stars!

I have been very happy with Trustindex. We have used several of their tools and have had a great deal of success. The NFC cards have worked amazingly well. The # of reviews we get have increased about 7X since we started using them a couple of months ago.
