Nos ayudó a organizar dos excursiones espectaculares durante nuestra estancia en Cairns: una salida de 3 inmersiones en la Gran Barrera de Coral y otra excursión de medio día para hacer snorkel. Nos explicó todas las opciones con mucha paciencia y respondió a todas nuestras dudas, haciendo que todo el proceso fuera muy sencillo. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Zoe is a awesome person and it is a lot of fun to talk to her. She give her best to make me the lowest prices as possible and helped me to find the great barrier Reef tour which suits my interests the best. She looked at the weather forcast to find a date matching to our travel plans to give me the best possible experience and yes, weather today was great for snorkeling! The tour I booked with her was unbelievable great! Thank you so much!

Our trip to Cairns wouldn’t have been the same without the help of Kurtis. His knowledge and passion meant he knew exactly what experiences would suit us, and there was a real sense of synchronicity in how perfectly everything came together. We left Cairns thinking it might just be the best place on earth! Our itinerary was perfect as it was so personalised - Kurtis really understood what we wanted from our trip and the highlight was getting to visit the Daintree rainforest (oldest in the world!). If you’re planning a trip to Cairns, definitely give Travel Hub a chance.

Amazing service and highly recommended! If you are planning a snorkeling trip to the Great Barrier Reef, this is definitely the place to go. The advice was incredibly detailed, taking the time to explain which reefs and spots offer the absolute best chances to see an abundance of marine life and vibrant corals. What stood out the most was the complete transparency. No hidden fees, honest feedback on the different boats and tours, and clear expectations about what to anticipate. You can really tell that their main goal is to help you find the best possible experience, rather than just making a sale. Looking forward to the tour! Thank you for the fantastic recommendation.

Travel Hub Palm Cove, Qld were fabulous (in particular Bailey) when I had to cancel a trip recently at very short notice due to illness. They were kind and understanding and very prompt with the refund. I recommend them to other travellers.

So happy with the service and help I received from these guys, huge shout out to Tony ( absolute legend ) for helping me with all my questions and two bookings- fishing charter and 2 intro dives + snorkel with Divers den. I did a whale watching tour in Sydney, and then came here and while heading to the reef for the dive, we got to see a humpback whale breach the water at least a dozen times ! The first breach from this whale in cairns, would have beaten the whole tour in Sydney and it was an entire seperate experience as well (dive). Absolutely 1000% recommend these guys and any of their recommendations and advice when planning your trip and activities in cairns.
