Fantastic and straightforward to book the dumpster on their website. They brought the dumpster right on time, placed it perfectly for us, and picked it up promptly as well. If I need another dumpster I will definitely come back to Trash Monkey.
Extremely unprofessional company. Prepaid for a 20yrd dumpster. When they picked it up, there must have been a weight overage and they wanted an extra $100. No big deal. However, when they reached out about it (by text for some reason), the person who they were texting was having a major surgery performed on them and obviously unavailable. Then the next day, someone from the company decided to start shooting off more texts about it, and when they didn’t get an immediate response, they threatened to put a lien on the property and contact their attorney. Keep in mind, this was a 2 day old charge, not like it’s been 30/60 days past due. All over $100 overage charge. Would definitely advise against using them given this experience as their are more professional options out there. Looks like others have had a similar experience.
Ordered a 20 yard online. It was quick and easy. Had to have it emptied once. Just sent a text message and he responded within the hour and the next day he brought me an empty one. Would recommend to any of my family or friends
Service was fantastic, flexible and responsive to changes. HOWEVER paperwork and documentation of services and billing was awful!! Other than the total billed I did not know for what or for when, not a single detail was provided even when an invoice was requested. It only indicated total billed and nothing else!! I wanted an itemized bill because the services I asked for kept changing. This is unsatisfactory. Good Service Bad Documentation!!
Trash Monkey is professional, dependable and super easy to work with. Best prices around with flexible scheduling and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
This was my first dumpster rental. Very easy to work with!!! Highly Repecful on the phone and shows care when dropping off and picking up the dumpster. There was no delays on drop off or pick up. We loved the email reminders of drop off and pick up. Will definitely use Trash Monkey in the future!!!
Trash Monkey was easy to work with. Pat dropped off the dumpsters right on time and put them exactly where we needed them, with very little clearance. We would not hesitate to use them again!
Great service at a reasonable price. Prompt and delivered! This is my 4th or 5th time using them.
Super positive and quick responses to questions and service. Really helped us out in our move during a stressful time. Highly recommend. Great service!!!
We are so impressed with the response time you provided us! We will be continuing to use your services for all of our project needs.
Booking this online was quick and painless, they had the dumpster at our house the next day. The communication throughout the process was top notch. I would definitely recommend this company.
I have a horrible driveway for these people to get the dumpster safely delivered, they are very careful, make sure it is placed as out of the way from traffic and have always been very timely with drop off and pick up.
Was easy enough to rent. Patrick was very nice and easy to deal with. I would next time go through trash monkey website and rented it through there to save a little bit more money then going on a third party like home builder
