Speedy service after a leak and boiler breakdown. Fair price for a replacement. Friendly, professional engineers and office staff throughout. Went above and beyond, lending us oil heaters they had spare while the boiler was down. Great company.

A while back, I got in contact with AGS as I'd just bought my first house. The boiler at my new place wasn't playing ball and needed attention. I'd had previous dealings with AGS at my rented flat and knew how good they were. I asked if they'd take me on as a new customer and if they could come and have a look at my Vaillant boiler and they kindly agreed. It turned out my best option was to have a new boiler. Just recently, a young fella from AGS completed the installation of a new Worcester Bosch unit, upgraded the drainage pipework and power flushed my heating system. His job was a work of art, and I can't say how happy I am with my new system. All I can say, is it was worth every penny and through at least 16 years of personal experience, AGS are an A1 company. Their staff are polite & professional, and their after care is second to none. Many thanks to Chloe, Hannah & the rest of the team as always!

Prompt response for boiler fault Prompt response for boiler fault for elderly relative. Connor and his colleague arrived at precise time of appointment. The fault was identified which required a replacement part. They checked availability and cost of part and made boiler safe. Office kept me informed and arranged convenient time for the fitting. Would certainly recommend from my experience.
