Smooth and efficient service
This was the easiest and most hassle-free experience! I received my dumpster the same day I ordered it, with a clear, one-set price and no surprise fees. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We are happy that you liked our LOCAL service!
I needed a dumpster after a recent storm due to flooding in my basement. Even with widespread flooding in Janesville they were able to deliver one right away. The delivery driver was very friendly and efficient. He easily maneuvered the dumpster between a flagpole and a tree. The dumpster was clean and in good shape. The driver then showed me how to operate the door. This was new to me so I appreciated the help. I had questions before and during the time I had the dumpster and was able to contact them by email and phone. I did have to leave a voicemail but they responded quickly. Talking to Cheryl was a joy. She was always cheerful and helpful. They even let me keep the dumpster a couple extra days. I highly recommend them. They are a local company and extremely nice to work with.

I tried to get a quote for a dumpster for a job.. no call back, just an email saying we don’t service your area.. it was not for my home …. Maybe you should call people back

Hello Don, I apologize for the confusion seeing the address was Sun Prairie on the quote. Typically quotes requested by email are replied to via email. I sincerely apologize, and if you need a dumpster in Rock County hope you will consider giving us a second chance.
Highly Recommend. Easy and quick delivery and pickup!

My experience with Trash Box was great. They where helpfull in helping me figure out what I needed. When I called for the delivery and pick up, they completed the service the next day. I had plywood out to protect my driveway and the landed it perfectly.

We appreciate the 5 stars! Thank you for choosing Trash Box Disposal!
Drop off went well, even with it being a tight fit because of my house and driveway. I had it for 6 days and called them for an early pick up and they came and got it the next day.
