Fantastic bathroom transformation Oli did an amazing job redoing two bathrooms and sealing a bath. The results are stunning—everything looks so fresh, clean, and new! He worked efficiently, leaving no mess behind, and the quality of work is impressive. Highly recommend!

I am usually a big complainer and are sick or poor service so to be so impressed by a company says a lot. The Grout Guy have been amazing, not the cheapest, but so quick to respond and when/if there is an issue they respond and resolve with incredible speed and no questions asked. I can’t recommend any business better or have had better service anywhere

Good job on the grouting. However, the 5th star would have been if you had suggested we move everything out of the bathroom as what was left was a room covered in fine dust!!

Hi Aggie,
Thanks for leaving you review. In our booking confirmation email we do note that the grout removal process can create excess dust so we ask that you please put away or cover any items from countertops etc. before our arrival.
However, we should have cleaned up to a better standard after your job was finished and we do apologise for this
We will take this back to the team to reiterate our standard which is that we always walk out of a room cleaner than when we walk into it
Apologies again and thank you for your feedback
If theres anything else we can do please dont hesitate to call us on 1300 844 897

Decided on advice from Joe not to regrout but freshen up and seal properly with a total silicone reseal. From the first quote visit to the job being completed by Cory the job was splendid. Very very happy with the service and outcome.

Tarek, did an excellent job at regrouting and sealing our shower recess walls and floor, and renewing the floor drain. It took less time than expected, the job was done efficently and cleanly.

We recently had Cory from The Grout Guy out to fix up our tired main shower room, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was punctual, respectful of our home, and extremely meticulous with his work. The shower room looks absolutely brand new again. Thanks Cory!!!

I had heard a few complaints from a friend regarding the service, but I personally received excellent service from this company. My bathroom is holding up very well, and I’m extremely happy with the result. The office was efficient, the workers were skilled and professional, and the overall service was excellent. After getting several quotes, I could have spent less—or even more—but I don’t believe I would have received the same warranty or the level of service and attention to detail that this company provided. Overall, a great business. Thank you very much!
