I had heard a few complaints from a friend regarding the service, but I personally received excellent service from this company. My bathroom is holding up very well, and I’m extremely happy with the result. The office was efficient, the workers were skilled and professional, and the overall service was excellent. After getting several quotes, I could have spent less—or even more—but I don’t believe I would have received the same warranty or the level of service and attention to detail that this company provided. Overall, a great business. Thank you very much!

A mixed experience I'm a little unsure how to rate my experience overall. There were some positives, but also a few things that left me disappointed, particularly given the $1,290 cost of the job. Damien, who came out to quote for the full shower regrout, was great. He seemed knowledgeable and we discussed replacing two cracked tiles, as he explained that they could potentially cause water to leak into the wall. However, when Antony came out to complete the work, he initially tried to talk me out of replacing the tiles, saying it would be "a pain in the ass" and that they wouldn't leak because he would apply a special waterproofing spray. After I insisted, he reluctantly agreed to replace the cracked tile inside the shower, but the other tile outside the shower was left as it was. The workmanship also left a little to be desired. There was grout left on our painted wall, and some tiles had noticeable chunks of excess grout remaining on them. For the price paid, I expected a more thorough finish. Unfortunately, around 10 days after the job was completed, the silicone along the shower base split and began pulling away from the tiles. To their credit, the company responded quickly and sent someone out to rectify the issue, which I appreciated. During that visit, I also pointed out that some of the silicone appeared to be pulling away from the shower frame further up the wall. I was told that the wall wasn't as important as the base, and that the silicone along the base had been applied too thinly, which was why it had split in the first place. I appreciate that the company responded promptly when I reported the issue, and I want to give credit where it's due. However, between the initial reluctance to replace the cracked tiles, the finishing issues and the silicone failing so soon after completion, the overall experience hasn't quite met my expectations. I'm not looking to be unreasonable, and I understand that no job is necessarily perfect. However, for $1,290, I would have expected better attention to detail and a more durable finish from the outset. Ultimately, the prompt response to the defect was a positive, but the quality of the original workmanship has left me somewhat disappointed.

A huge thank you to Matt and his technician for the fantastic job they did. They overcame a few hiccups in the morning and went above and beyond to solve it. On top of that they were friendly and easy to deal with. While the quoting process through the office felt a little disjointed at times, I'm so glad I persisted. Fantastic results and great service We couldn’t be happier with the excellent service! Both our ensuite shower and main bathroom shower were professionally regrouted and sealed, leaving them looking as good as new.
