They were great, Joe communicated the whole time and answered any questions I had! He even offered a weekend special due to rain and my kiddo had 2 inflatables for 3 days, I booked for one day! Will use again!!

Top of my list for events, will 100% recommend. We rented the Frozen Castle for our girl's birthday and it was a total success. I was unsure about it fitting our front yard, but the owner was very kind and went the extra mile by visiting the address beforehand and making sure it would fit. Communication was great and everything was explained with enough time before the event. We had it dropped off a day early and picked up a day after as well so we could enjoy it as much as possible. The chair and table rental bundle was also very convenient. Thank you so much for helping making her party unforgettable!!

We had such a great experience with The Big Bounce! Joe was wonderful from start to finish. Communication was great, everything was easy, and he was so friendly and accommodating. The water slide was a HUGE hit! We had kids ranging from 3 to 15 years old and every single one of them enjoyed it… even my 27-year-old daughter got on it 😂. The kids were out there from about 7:30 in the morning until 7:30 at night, barely stopping long enough to eat or drink. I think that says everything about how much they loved it! Joe truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and I really appreciated it. Everything was handled professionally and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making their events special. We will definitely be using The Big Bounce again for future parties. I couldn’t recommend them enough! 😊

We had such a wonderful experience renting the bounce house and water slide! From beginning to end, everything was great. The bounce house was clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the pictures. You could tell that the equipment was taken care of and professionally cleaned before it was delivered. The kids absolutely loved it! The bounce house and water slide kept them entertained for hours, and it was definitely the highlight of the day. They had so much fun bouncing, sliding, and playing in the water. It was perfect for keeping the kids active and having a great time, especially on a hot day. The rental company was also very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They arrived on time, set everything up properly, and explained everything we needed to know. Pickup was just as easy, which made the entire experience stress-free

The Big Bounce Team and equipment is top notch. Excellent communication, customer service and great value. Rented a water slide for 8 hours and ended up with it for 48 hours. I won’t rent from anyone else.
