As always, I am very happy with the service. It’s not my first time using this company and it definitely will not be my last. I’m annoyed at myself for always forgetting to take pics of the bouncy castle. Thank you guys for an incredible service, your friendly approach and communication.
Very easy to book online, they tried to deliver first thing however I missed them but this wasn't a problem they came back once I realised. They set up very quickly and explained the rules. Before they collected i was given a 20 min window so the children got a last bounce. The bouncy castle was very clean and great quality with light rain cover so was perfect for the drizzle. We had approx 13 10 year olds and the size was perfect for them. I have used this company in the past and will continue to do so In the future I couldn't fault them what so ever. Everyone had a brilliant time so I didnt get many photos. Thanks for making my boys day special

We hired the disco dome which was amazing, the kids and really enjoyed it. The sound system and the disco ball worked really easily. It was quick to put up, and the men delivering/picked up were polite and professional. Would 100% recommend and will be using again for future birthday parties!
Such a friendly and helpful team. I got in touch as I wasn't sure if my garden was too steep for a bouncy castle. (My garden is on a slight slope) BJs replied straight away asking for more information and were happy to supply. I was pleased with this service as I got in touch with another bouncy castle hire and I was told "no" straight away. Which I did think was ridiculous as they turned away business.
When the BJs team arrived, they were brilliant and quickly set up and collected at the times we agreed.
Highly recommend BJs and will be using again! Their level of service is what sets them apart from the other bouncy castle hires in the area.

there service is brilliant, there website is really easy to use and you get confirmation email almost immediately.
would 200% recommend for anyone to use them.
there set up and take away service is also brilliant very reliable and quick. would only use BJ Bouncy castles.

We had our bouncy castle delivery early which was great! They called 15 minutes prior to arrival, just as they said they would. Delivery guys were very professional and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to use BJ's again.

We booked BJ Bouncy Castle for our son’s 1st superhero birthday party and chose the superhero bouncy castle and soft play package. It was the first time we actually booked a bouncy castle but from the start, they were so helpful via watsapp - I had my heart set on the one with the slide, and it turned out to be the perfect extra touch!
They gave me a call within the allocated slot beforehand, arrived promptly, and set everything up so quickly. The bouncy castle was a huge hit with all the kids, while the soft play was ideal for the under 1s.
Pack-up was just as seamless — very quick and fuss-free. Throughout the whole process, they were polite, professional, and offered really competitive pricing.
We had the best time and will definitely book with them again!

Absolutely brilliant service both delivering and collecting a big bouncy castle to my back garden. Ordering was so quick and easy and the castle was in perfect condition with everything as promised. All the children had an absolutely fantastic time and so did the adults as the kids were entertained with the castle!

We hired a disco dome for a party, the guys that set up and took away were so polite and punctual. We’ve used BJ’s before and have only had positive experiences. It’s a company you can really rely on. 100% recommend and will use again!
