Aire Ancient Baths was absolutely incredible. This experience relaxed me so deeply that my friend and I literally slept for 15 hours straight afterward — I don’t think I’ve ever been that calm in my life. The space itself is stunning: brick interiors, massive wooden chandeliers hanging above the baths, and an overall atmosphere that feels luxurious and serene. There are many different baths and jacuzzis with varying temperatures, and you’re encouraged to take your time. It’s very quiet and calming, which makes it easy to fully disconnect and relax. They also offer a salt scrub shower that leaves your skin feeling unbelievably smooth and silky. Afterward, you’re given a fresh juice of your choice (there are four options on the menu), which is a really nice, refreshing touch. The staff were professional, polite, and attentive throughout. The steam room, showers, robes, and facilities were spotless, and I really appreciated how much space there was in the post-shower area to dry your hair and get ready comfortably. The massage was excellent, and such a thoughtful detail was when they put your rubber spa shoes back on your feet afterward — warm and incredibly soothing. The body scrub and hair mask were a huge treat as well. I received this as a bachelorette gift from a friend, and it was hands down the best gift ever. The only tiny note — and this is not the spa’s fault — is that I accidentally left my bathing suit behind. When I returned later that day, it wasn’t in lost and found, so it may have gotten mixed up in laundry or taken by mistake. I did notice a few bathing suits in lost and found, so a small reminder sign near the exit might help guests remember to grab theirs. Overall, this was a flawless, unforgettable experience, and I can’t recommend Aire Ancient Baths enough. I will absolutely be back.

Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et raffiné, idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Chaque détail est pensé pour le confort des clients et l’on se sent réellement privilégié tout au long du séjour. Un immense merci à l’ensemble des équipes pour cette parenthèse parfaite. Abbiamo soggiornato all’Orhideea Residence & Spa come gruppo numeroso di 10 persone, con esigenze molto diverse (bambini e persona anziana). Abbiamo prenotato 5 camere, tra appartamenti business e suite, tutte con accesso alla spa incluso. Le camere erano ampi appartamenti, moderni, molto confortevoli e con vista sulla città. La pulizia generale era molto buona, anche se durante le pulizie giornaliere i letti non venivano sempre rifatti con cura e le tazze del caffè non venivano sempre sostituite. Il personale è stato eccellente, sempre gentile, disponibile e anche italofono, dettaglio davvero apprezzato. Colazione all’11° piano con buona varietà e bella vista sulla città. Spa piacevole, con piscina, sauna, idromassaggio e area dedicata ai bambini. Da migliorare: solo due ascensori, piccoli, che creano attese soprattutto all’ora della colazione posizione non centrale, anche se i taxi economici risolvono facilmente il problema Nel complesso hotel di livello, più caro rispetto alla media di Bucarest, ma comfort, spazio e servizi rendono il soggiorno assolutamente valido, soprattutto per famiglie e gruppi. We stayed at Orhideea Residence & Spa as a large group of 10, including children and an elderly guest. We booked 5 rooms, including business apartments and suites, all with spa access included. The rooms were spacious apartments, modern, comfortable and with city views. Overall cleanliness was very good, although during daily cleaning the beds were not always properly made and coffee cups were not always replaced. The staff were excellent, always kind, helpful and some spoke Italian, which was a big plus. Breakfast on the 11th floor offers a good variety of options and a nice view. The spa area is pleasant, with pool, sauna, hot tub and a dedicated children’s area. Points to improve: only two small elevators, causing delays at peak times location not ideal, although cheap taxis make it easy to get around Overall, a high-quality hotel, slightly more expensive than average in Bucharest, but comfort, space and services make it worth it, especially for families and groups.
