Had a good experience and staff is really helpful. Left behind necklaces in the massage room, called Aire’s customer service a few hours later to ask if they had been recovered. Received a vague response and was notified they would call back with information. Never received a call, had to call again two days later and again received an evasive response. Went to Aire in person to find out that staff had checked and didn’t find anything. OK, fine, nothing can be done about that. But at least call me back and admit that someone went klepto instead of forcing me to show up in person for a concrete answer.
