Consistently Professional and Reliable – A Valued Project Partner.
This is now the third time we have engaged Swift Surfacing Ltd, and once again, they have exceeded expectations.
As with our previous projects, their team maintained a highly professional image and conducted themselves impeccably on-site.
They worked with impressive speed and efficiency, delivering a high-standard of finish and completing the job a full day ahead of schedule—a result our client was extremely happy with.
We and our client have come to rely on the exceptional level of support, advice, and communication provided by Swift Surfacing. Though our businesses are entirely independent, the excellent working relationship we have built ensures a seamless process every time.
I am certain this partnership will continue to lead to repeat business for us both.
We look forward to collaborating with Simon, Alix and their team on many more projects in the future.
Swift were commissioned to resurface and re tarmac my driveway. It was not an easy task. Long driveway and half of it on a steep gradient. The project included laying conduit for cabling, granite sett edging and liaising with other contractors. From the site survey to the finished product, it was a smooth process from start to finish. The communication from the Office and the communication on site was faultless. Even with the weather and falling autumn debris, the guys kept to schedule and left the site immaculate. Very happy and I would recommend Swift Surfacing without question.
Swift surfacing have carried out a number of surfacing projects for Pure Property Maintenance and each time we have always received the same high standard of service, right from our initial enquiry to the final installation. Would highly recommend.
Used swift surfacing in 2023 and recently in Margate Kent excellent service from the whole team.
Will 100% use and recommend
From first point of contact I was impressed, I needed an office carpark repaired/patched and I had someone out within 24 hours, he marked up the areas that needed attention, measured up and I had a written quotation within a couple of hours. From giving the goahead to the day the works took place was extremely quick and all Swift staff onsite doing the works were polite and professional, respectful of staff cars and other property in the carpark. The work was done quickly, efficiently and for the price quoted, I am happy with the repair works as it has rid us of potholes/tripping hazards. Would definately recommend.
Outstanding!
We used Swift Surfacing for our project at LIDL, Surrey

Sandyacres apppointed Swift to repair large sections of its roadway to the clubhouse. They did an excellent job, and when there were areas that we felt needed doing again, they did not quibble and got on with the job. Lovely people to deal with.
The Hospital of St Johns and St Elizabeth recently worked with Swift Surfacing for our main entrance tarmac works at our hospital. Their team was professional, efficient, and extremely considerate of the challenges that come with working in a busy healthcare environment.
The finished surfaces are smooth, safe, and have greatly improved access around the hospital.
Swift Surfacing demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other organisations looking for trustworthy and skilled surfacing contractors.
By far and a way the most friendly and helpful tarmac firm we have used for a long time. Alix in the office was extremely patient despite numerous questions and myself changing specifications. The guys who did the install did a fantastic job as well. Highly recommended local company, thanks again guys.
- Idit: 3 years on and we still work with Swift, just completed another fantastic instillation for us.
I have recently used Swift Surfacing and was very pleased with the efficiency, costs and speed in which the tarmaced areas were treated. Would definately use this company again.
Swift recently cut out and resurfaced quite a few potholes on an access road for myself and 17 other neighbour. The road was in an awful state. From the get go swift we're so helpful. They came out quoted me and did the job within a week. Alix who works in the office was soooo lovely to deal with, honestly she made the whole process a lot easier as I was organising this for so many of us. My neighbours are all super happy. They even filled some extra potholes that I didn't mention as they had a bit of material left over. The 2 guys that did the work were also great. Thanks swift, we will be using you guys again. Alix you are a dream to work with x
Fix up look sharp
We had a badly damaged driveway which had a big oil spill on it from a concrete pump. The Swift surfacing team came in and fixed the problem in a professional and timely fashion leaving no trace . Without such an effective solution my relationship with my customer would have deteriorated severely.
Roadmarking Excel have worked with Swift for on numerous occasions and find they share the same professional, prompt, passionate and prosperous qualities that we also stand for. Thank you for providing us with many opportunities to work alongside Swift, we look forward to continuing to do so for many more years to come.
Swift surfacing laid a wonderful gravel drive for us and the boss and the staff were hard working and caring.

We are absolutely delighted with our new driveway. The service from Swift Surfacing Limited from start to finish was highly professional.
