Wir kommen seit 4 Jahren in die Suite Carducci und sind immer noch gleich begeistert wie beim ersten Mal. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, gegenüber liegt die Piazza mit Gelaterias, Restaurants und diversen Geschäften. Dahinter liegt der grosse Sandstrand. Wir als Familie geniessen es sehr, das Auto während des ganzen Aufenthalts nie zu bewegen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön dekoriert und es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine ruhige Terrasse im Innenhof. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss sind zum Innenhof gelegen und bieten dadurch viel Ruhe zum Schlafen. Die Gastgeber Nunzio und Elsa sind einfach grossartig! Sie sind sehr liebevoll, aufmerksam und erfüllen einen jeden Wunsch. Wir können die Suite Carducci wärmstens empfehlen!

A beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean apartment in a great location close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly hosts who are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Additional touches included a generous welcome pack of food and wine, and toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return next year.

alles prima ☺Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und alles schön sauber. Zentrale Lage, nah am Strand und der Promenade. Die Klimaanlagen sind gut und leise. In der Küche waren Gewürze, Öl und Essig vorhanden und Snacks und Getränke für uns zur Verfügung. Ein paar Meter zu Fuss entfernt hat es einen kleinen Laden für Lebensmittel. ☹Eigentlich nichts. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Nachts war mal um 4 Uhr ein Paar im Gang laut am Streiten, da dachte ich kurz, die stehen in der Wohnung. :)

Our family of 5 (two couple and a teen) had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Viareggio. The location couldn't have been better—right on the promenade, just steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the energy of the waterfront. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the many amenities provided, which made it feel like a home away from home rather than a typical rental. Air-con was a boon, and the patio out in the back was a bonus. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take great pride in ensuring their guests have an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and charming place to stay in Viareggio, I would highly recommend this property. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage, und mit hervorragendem Essen. ☺ Die Gastgeber Elisa und Nunzio waren einfach fantastisch, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, ebenso wie der Empfang zur Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. ☹ Wir haben nichts gefunden, das uns nicht gefallen hätte, alles war hervorragend.

Ich bin jemand, der im Urlaub oft die meisten Sachen im Koffer lässt, weil die Schränke nicht vorhanden oder nicht einladend sind. Ganz anders hier: es war alles sehr sauber, Schrank und Kommode waren da, es hat sehr angenehm geduftet, und so habe ich sofort alles eingeräumt und mich mit meinen Kindern wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind von Frankfurt nach Pisa geflogen, hatten kein Auto gemietet, sondern sind mit dem Zug nach Pisa, Lucca und Florenz gefahren, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Man geht von der Unterkunft 10-15 min zum Bahnhof, wohnt aber gegenüber vom Strand, also perfekt. Die Straße vor der Tür ist recht stark befahren, aber davon bekommt man in der Wohnung kaum etwas mit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und Elisabetta und Nunzio waren immer sofort erreichbar und haben sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank an Euch, Ihr seid großartig.

One of the best stays ever!!! Highly recommended place steps from Viareggio beach. ☺ First, the location was excellent. Apart on the beach promenade, a few steps away from the beach and all facilities. Our hosts Nunzio and Elisa were very helpful before arrival till our departure. You can reach them for any help need. The apart was beyond expectations. Very nicely decorated and clean place. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen, 1 mezzanine and a nice small patio on the back side. Our hosts were very kind to think of providing some food and drinks for us in the kitchen. Best place to be in Viareggio. ☹ Everything was perfect.

This apartment was an excellent choice. Fantastic location close to bars, restaurants and breakfast options. Also very close to some of the best bagnos in the area. Easy to get to and identify for drivers and other transportation. Highly recommend it.

Skvělé ubytování pár metrů od pláže. Byt nyl perfektně uklizený, plně vybavená kuchyně včetně několika základních potravin, kapslí s kávou a vínkem v lednici. Elisabeta byla velice ochotná, několikrát jsme ji kontaktovalí v průběhu pobytu a vždy obratem odpověděla a poradila. Ubytování určitě všem doporučujeme.
