Wir kommen seit 4 Jahren in die Suite Carducci und sind immer noch gleich begeistert wie beim ersten Mal. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, gegenüber liegt die Piazza mit Gelaterias, Restaurants und diversen Geschäften. Dahinter liegt der grosse Sandstrand. Wir als Familie geniessen es sehr, das Auto während des ganzen Aufenthalts nie zu bewegen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön dekoriert und es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine ruhige Terrasse im Innenhof. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss sind zum Innenhof gelegen und bieten dadurch viel Ruhe zum Schlafen. Die Gastgeber Nunzio und Elsa sind einfach grossartig! Sie sind sehr liebevoll, aufmerksam und erfüllen einen jeden Wunsch. Wir können die Suite Carducci wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich bin jemand, der im Urlaub oft die meisten Sachen im Koffer lässt, weil die Schränke nicht vorhanden oder nicht einladend sind. Ganz anders hier: es war alles sehr sauber, Schrank und Kommode waren da, es hat sehr angenehm geduftet, und so habe ich sofort alles eingeräumt und mich mit meinen Kindern wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind von Frankfurt nach Pisa geflogen, hatten kein Auto gemietet, sondern sind mit dem Zug nach Pisa, Lucca und Florenz gefahren, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Man geht von der Unterkunft 10-15 min zum Bahnhof, wohnt aber gegenüber vom Strand, also perfekt. Die Straße vor der Tür ist recht stark befahren, aber davon bekommt man in der Wohnung kaum etwas mit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und Elisabetta und Nunzio waren immer sofort erreichbar und haben sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank an Euch, Ihr seid großartig.

☺ First, the location was excellent. Apart on the beach promenade, a few steps away from the beach and all facilities. Our hosts Nunzio and Elisa were very helpful before arrival till our departure. You can reach them for any help need. The apart was beyond expectations. Very nicely decorated and clean place. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen, 1 mezzanine and a nice small patio on the back side. Our hosts were very kind to think of providing some food and drinks for us in the kitchen. Best place to be in Viareggio.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Viareggio. The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer.The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and communication smooth throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Viareggio and would love to come back in the future!
Skvělé ubytování pár metrů od pláže. Byt nyl perfektně uklizený, plně vybavená kuchyně včetně několika základních potravin, kapslí s kávou a vínkem v lednici. Elisabeta byla velice ochotná, několikrát jsme ji kontaktovalí v průběhu pobytu a vždy obratem odpověděla a poradila. Ubytování určitě všem doporučujeme.
☺Het appartement was super proper en bevatte alles wat we nodig hadden. Er zat zelfs water in de koelkast, koffie was aanwezig… De kamers zijn heel mooi ingericht en hebben fantastische bedden; we sliepen allen perfect. De gastheer voorzag een parkeerplaats en doet alles om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ook weer top. De locatie is gewoon schitterend, vlak bij zee, strand, restaurants en vele winkels. We komen zeker terug. Echt een aanrader.
Elisabetta’s home was perfect for our family’s stay in Viareggio! She was so welcoming and even set up a pack and play for our 13 month old to sleep in and a high chair to feed her. Her apartment is beautiful and well decorated and in an absolutely perfect and walkable location. She was super helpful with coordinating our parking as well. Would definitely recommend!

L’appartement est parfait, grand avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain attenantes … en plus de la mezzanine qui peut coucher deux autres personnes!
le salon donne sur la rue qu’on traverse pour être à la place et les deux chambres sont à l’arrière et très tranquilles …climatisation, toutes les petites attention pour nous à l’arrivée et le propriétaire charmant et prêt à répondre à chacune de nos demandes … n’hésitez pas à louer cet appartement, vous voudrez y revenir 🥰
Ps: en bonus, une épicerie Conad à moins de 50 mètres et le jeudi matin, la rue piétonne en face se transforme en marché public … wow!
☹Rien … sauf que notre séjour de 4 nuits a été trop court ☺️

A perfect 3 nights stay with a very welcoming host
☺ Excellent location right on the front with nearby supermarket and restaurants. The train station was an easy walk giving access
To Lucca (17mins/4euro) and Pisa - the Giro d Italia cycling race even went past the front door was was a real bonus
Elisa was incredibly helpful, even arranging help for my classic car
parking is available right outside and very reasonable and safe
