I am a previous customer. Recently took my daughter to this dealership since I previously had a good experience. I told the sales person up front I have referred her and she confirmed it. We were told no problem. My mailing information was given. Have not received the promised referral check and it's been over a month. ??? Its not about the money. It's about turning a great experience into a negative. It's about costing the dealership future business in sales and service. There will be none of that at this point.
It has now been over 2 months and I have received no referral check or any further communication from this dealership. Just let me know why you have made your decision to ignore a previous customer and a referring customer.
It has now been over 3 months and no follow up response from the Owner Manager or anyone at this Dealership. No referral check or response explaining why a referral check has not been issued. Will continue to wait.

Car buying is never an enjoyable experience...or so I thought. John Graham at Sports Durts Subaru made the whole process easy and genuinely enjoyable. John isn't a car salesman, he is a care salesman. He made me feel heard and appreciated from the start to driving of the lot and even after. He still checks in on us and our Crosstrek as if we are family and you can tell her genuinely cares about his people. He mixes big time savings with small town hospitality and everyone walks (or drives rather) away feeling like a winner.

I'm so happy that I came here today. This dealership did for me what 4 others said they couldn't do. They got me in a new ride today with a monthly payment under $300. It actually made me cry ( happy tears) when the great salesman came back into his office and gave me this wonderful news. It is such a blessing to find an actual dealership that listens to their customer's needs and does everything they can to make it work for them. Here at Sport Durst Subaru in Jax'ville. NC, they did just that for me. I've found the best place to buy a car when or if I need another one in the future. Bless all their great Sales Staff!!

First off, I have owned Subaru vehicles for many years. I had a great experience this past week (Thursday) with this dealership, got the vehicle (2026 Crosstrek Wilderness) the wife and I wanted, got a great price, got a great trade in price, they made it easy. Allen/Shawn and other members of the Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville made it a great experience. All of them are personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The next day I had a few questions on some of the new features on the car that we purchased the day before and within minutes I was set. I had such a great experience, I turned around on Friday morning and traded in my travel car a 2021 Subaru Outback for a 2026 Outback Wilderness that they had in the showroom. As the customer I got a great deal, great price, got top dollar for my trade-in

can no longer recommend this dealer network.
Everyone seems to work well together to break down exactly what you are buying and with no hidden fees or surprises.
I found a vehicle online that I had to have before realizing the distance id have to drive.
Im a little over 4 hours from them and didn't have time to make an 8 hour round trip.
After some back and forth conversations over the phone we were able to agree on numbers for my trade.
They were able to detail the car and within 12 hours delivered it to my driveway and drove my trade back to Jacksonville nc.
I Signed the paperwork and was handed the keys to my new to me vehicle.

I can not recommend this dealership network to anyone. I should have known when I was told not to mention and show appreciation for the ones that helped me as it would be flagged as hate speech by Google. Never have I ever heard of that.
I Purchase a used vehicle from them and had it delivered along with taking my trade back to the dealership.
I understand what is involved with purchasing a used vehicle as is.
However
I waited longer than I ever have for the title... Almost 3 months.
Again purchased the vehicle straight out and did not finance a thing.
I would call and get sent to several different departments and tried to communicate fairly for over a month on my title and registration.
I even called NC DMV and repeatedly was told that the VIN number was never put in their system so I was driving on a tag still registered to my old vehicle.
The other aspect I don't care for is the false advertisement of a vehicle.
I purchased thinking I was getting a fully loaded model just to find out from three separate shops I only had the base model.
They have sent me multiple emails but not once has anyone attempted to make it right.
In the past I have dealt with one other dealer to do something similar.
The other dealer refunded a portion of my purchase price and another added a two year warranty free of charge.
Sport durst just ignored my phone calls and I'm assuming blocked my number as I can no longer reach them from my phone but have no issues calling from my business number.
This is one dealership you may just want to avoid all together.

Great service, quick appointment, all I needed was an oil change. Reps were courteous and professional. I was treated like a friend and although I didn’t leave having bought a new Subaru my subaru was serviced and ready for my next adventure.

We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our new car from Subaru! Our sales lady was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had given the purchase a lot of thought before ever walking through the doors, and never once felt pressured or rushed.
We actually walked in 5 minutes before closing, fully expecting to be told we’d have to come back another day. Instead, the entire team stayed late and treated us like we had walked in right when they opened. They were kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help us find the right car.
They were also incredibly sweet to our little girl, who had to stay up hours past her bedtime while we finished everything. They gave her activities to keep her entertained and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process. That little extra effort meant so much to us as parents!
We absolutely love our new car and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone looking for a stress free, welcoming, and genuinely caring car buying experience!
