We bought a Toyota from DeeJay's a month ago. And we're very happy with it. Jarred was very helpful, pleasant and no pressure tactics! Arrangements for licensing etc went smoothly and we were able to pick up our car on time. We even got a trade in on our 17 yr old car with over 300 000k!
I've been on the hunt for a new vehicle since September. I originally went to check out an F150 Lariat, only to get the devastating news that it was out of my finance range. Skip to December, and I finally drove off the lot with a Ford Ranger (Today, Dec. 10 2025). I could not be more thankful for all the help and constant communication I had with Reema. Thanks to her I was able to get into a vehicle that I truly wanted. I will highly recommend DeeJay's auto to people. Nothing but the best and most dedicated people working to make sure you get into something you're comfortable in. It was a long journey, but it was worth the wait!

I bought my used vehicle from Deejay’s in August 2025 and it came with a set snow tires on rims on the side. When a friend was putting the snow tires on, the last tire had a deformed (stripped) exterior lug nut and nothing we tried could get it off.
I called Mike at Deejay’s and told him about it and that we were driving to Ottawa the next day. He fit me in at 10am the next morning even though they were extremely busy. They promptly got it off and put the snow tire on for me (the other 3 were already on) with a new lug nut. What’s even more incredible is that they did not charge me anything! They did it for FREE!
I can’t express how nice it is to purchase a vehicle from a used dealership who goes above and beyond every time there is an issue!

Update: I have learned that this vehicle needs a full engine rebuild and has oil consumption issues. I will never purchase a car here again and do not recommend them to anyone else.
Defects and costs after purchase. After 2 car washes, I discovered some front scratches that were covered/painted over and not as visible during my walk around before purchase. When I purchased the vehicle I had asked why it was cheaper than comparables and was told it was because it needed a new sensor. It must have been the damage that looked like it was covered up... After purchase I needed a new brake light socket and my oil was so low its as if it was not filled. All the filters were dirty and had to be replaced. My purchase experience was fine except that I had to avocate for new brakes. I was initially told they would be done, but once I signed I was told it depended on the safety. They recommended that I get the extended warranty if I was concerned about brakes, but once I challenged that brakes were not covered under it, they acknowledge it. I think others could have better experiences here, but I won't be returning for my next vehicle.

Pretty disappointed. Both my wife and I have sent multiple messages through the "contact us" form on their website and its been over a week with no response from them. Why offer an online form if you're not going to reply?

I purchased my first car with Deejays Auto 6 years ago and it I have not had a problem with the car. Deejays Auto provides excellent service and their vehicles can be trusted. They give fair prices and their mechanics are great as well. There is zero pressure and they provide a comfortable, and honest environment.
