Been having my vehicle serviced here for seven years or more. I'm on 250K miles now and they've helped get me here. Won't let anyone else work on it or even change the oil. If you have a Honda they're the best.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this dealership. The sales team was pushy, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping customers. I was promised one price over the phone, but when I arrived, the numbers suddenly changed with extra fees and add-ons that were never mentioned before. The car I was shown wasn’t in the condition they advertised — scratches, worn tires, and even a check engine light came on during the test drive. When I asked about it, they brushed it off and gave me excuses. Customer service after the sale was just as bad; no one returned my calls or followed up on promised repairs. If you value honesty and good service, go somewhere else. This place is all about profit, not people.

I have been taking my cars to Precision Honda for over thirty years (actually just two cars over all that time, plus a third one for a brief stretch). I would not trust my car to anyone else. They are locally owned and operated and have built their reputation one customer and car at a time: honest, polite, friendly, highly skilled, conscientious and guarantee their work. I could not recommend Precision more highly, and respect everyone I have ever worked with there, as auto repair professionals and as people.

Precision Auto Service provides high quality diagnostics and service. I found them when I had a problem with my air bag system. I took it to 2 other shops, who didn't know how to fix it. I called a 3rd shop--it turned out they don't work on Hondas--and they sent me to Precision. The mechanics there knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it. They are thorough and honest. If there are multiple repairs needed, they help you prioritize which ones are most important. I don't know how their pricing compares to other shops--I've never called around to get different quotes. But I trust them, and even if I'm paying a bit more, I know they'll do a good job.

I was having an item installed to protect my Elements catalytic converter, and mentioned two other issues. Precision took care of those without charge, as I'd bought the 2007 Element just a couple of weeks earlier! Their 30 days on used vehicles is solid! So happy.

These guys have been our 'go to' repair shop for a decade now. Acura and Toyota dealerships are nearly twice the price for repairs. I have three friends that are now using Precision for their cars too. Totally trust this mechanic shop. This is old-school customer service and fair prices too.

Precision came highly recommended from a family member who purchased multiple vehicles from them. Our experience was fantastic. Dawn who helped us with looking for a vehicle that would fit our needs was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made the trip very easy. They had a great inventory of well maintained and clean vehicles for us to choose from. Facilities were clean and easy to navigate. We will definitely be going back when we need another vehicle

Mike and his team of technicians are a gem. Their integrity and expertise inspire confidence. They have been servicing our vintage Toyota Land Cruiser for several years now. It is a rare beast, but they are always up to the challenge. We are fortunate to live nearby, but would use them if they were on the other side of town.
