I don’t even know where to start! From my very first phone call asking questions and setting my appointment it was exceptional. Katrina made me feel so comfortable and confident, she was amazing!!! She even wrote me a letter that made me tear up. All the girls were so sweet and equally amazing. I definitely recommend Sophia’s Bridal, they make you feel like they’ve known you for years:)

I had the joy of having two appointments at Sophia’s. One of my fiancé’s friends got her dress here years ago and recommended it to me, specifically noting how friendly the staff was and how comfortable they made her feel. On my first visit, it was my first time ever trying on a wedding dress and I had no idea what I was looking for. I was helped by both Sam and Katrina, and they were nothing but helpful, kind, and supportive. They asked questions and really listened to my answers. I knew I was going to Chicago the following weekend to try on dresses with my mom and sisters so I told them that, but they put no pressure on me at all to buy a dress that day. I ended up trying on a beautiful dress that I loved and felt so, so good in. They let me stay in the dress and take plenty of pictures and gush about how pretty it made me feel. They could tell how happy I was, but still wished me luck in Chicago and told me not to settle for anything less than the feeling I had trying on that dress. I tried on plenty of others at a few stores in Chicago and found some I liked, but I kept comparing all back to the one I loved from Sophia’s. I made an appt to go back with my mom and I had the privilege of working with Katrina once again. She greeted me with a big smile, gave off such good vibes, and was incredibly welcoming and excited for me. She let me wear the beautiful dress for as long as I wanted, and patiently worked with me to find the perfect veil. I bought both, and I could not be more excited to wear them to my wedding this spring. We took the I said yes to the dress photos and I was provided with plenty of info including seamstress contact info. All around, great vibes and great experiences at Sophia’s! You are treated like you genuinely matter to them, and I would highly recommend!

I came into Sophia’s Bridal not knowing exactly what I wanted and left with the dress! Nina was such a great help, picking out dresses for me to try on and finding styles she thought would fit my vision. The entire experience was so happy and special, and Nina and everyone at Sophia’s Bridal helped make it that way. I’m so grateful for such a wonderful experience! 🤍

I recently had an appointment here and they were absolutely wonderful! I’m a bit of an unconventional bride and have received some not so kind treatment at some of my appointments due to this. Every single person in my appointment made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in the doors. They showered me with kindness and respect. They also worked so diligently to get me a specific sample shipped in from a different store (which I said yes to!). My consultant, Jenny, made sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire time! She was the sweetest consultant ever!! She even obliged pulling two more dresses aside from the one I had requested a sample of! Both of the two additional dresses she pulled were right on the money for dresses I liked a lot!! She let me spend sooooo much time in my dream dress and let me decide when it was finally time to change! I’ve never felt so much warm energy in a place. Everyone who works here truly loves and cares about what they do! I’m so excited for the day I finally get to walk down the aisle! Thank you to everyone who was apart of my appointment! 💖💗💕 (Here is a dress I did say no to but was stunning anyways)
I said yes to the dress at the best store ever! Nina took such good care of me; she listened to all I had to say and eventually we found the perfect match.
Also, Jasmine is a true magic maker. She is so sweet and made sure to keep everyone happy.

Michaela my stylist was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and my group took way longer than expected and never once did I feel rushed or that she was anything more than excited for me! The dress I chose had a lot of straps that she had to individually attach every time and I bet I tried it on 4 times during the process! I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist! I also appreciated how beautiful the space was and the details they included including a really cute shirt and flowers as a gift! Couldn’t suggest this bridal boutique more.
I felt so comfortable the entire time, Paige made me feel so special and beautiful. She listened to everything I wanted, even when I ended up with something completely different. Such a great time!
My stylist Jenny was so patient and fun and helped me try on so many dresses to figure out what styles I liked. While I ultimately ended up with a dress from another location, I want to recommend her and this shop!
I came to the Keystone location of Sophia's to try on one dress and one dress only. They were able to get us in very last minute but still took their time to evaluate all the possibilities with this dress. I thought it was going to be a quick in and out and on to the next place because I had already found a dress I loved at another shop. However, I had been eyeing this dress since I had gotten engaged. The staff treated my party with the utmost care and got them refreshments. Michaela at the Greenwood location was super supportive and reassuring during my appointment, Nina & Jeri at the Keystone location were superstars in getting my dream dress into my hands. They even offered to call and cancel my next appointment since I had found the one! Phenomenal service :)

All the girls there were great! Paige was amazing! She had such a positive attitude and I knew she was there to help me find the perfect dress! And we did! My experience with Sophia’s bridal was amazing. I had gone to two other boutiques the day I found my address, that I had appointments at. I didn’t find anything I liked at those places and was losing hope. I called Sophia’s not expecting them to have an appointment available the same day and they told me someone just cancelled and they had an appointment. Bethany, my stylist, was so sweet from the start and the whole atmosphere and experience was different from the other places. Natural light, big, two stories, and stylists that were friendly. Bethany let me walk through the racks to wonder and get a gauge of price point for their dresses while she walked around and pulled some for me to try as well. Bethany listened to exactly what I wanted, pulled some different silhouettes for me to try, and the very first dress I tried on there was the ONE (& Bethany pulled it)! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

I stopped in randomly with no appointment. I was coming from out of town. They accommodated me right away. It ended up saying yes to the dress. Super amazing staff. Beautiful dresses. 10/10 Would recommend.

I had the best time at Sophia's trying on beautiful dresses with all my girls by my side! My stylist, Katie was an absolute charm!!! She was so amazing! She picked through all the dresses to bring me exactly what I wanted and help bring my vision to life! She was so sweet and very patient with all of my requests and made our shopping experience very peaceful! I have horrible anxiety but she definitely helped get rid of that as well. She's the stylist that's on the brides side 100%. I'm so glad Katie was my stylist! She's one of the biggest reasons I went back to Sophia's a second time to actually say yes to my dress!
They have a text messaging system that you can send your wants/needs to and you can even send them pictures of what you have in mind or exact dresses and they can let you know the prices ahead of time if needed so that you know what to expect before you get there. I highly recommend Sophia's bridal and Tux! They sure do know how to make a bride to be feel beautiful in their own skin! Every single employee we met there was so kind amd responsive!
Definitely go to Sophia's for all of your bridal gown needs!!! They will not let you down! 😍😍😍
