Rented my wedding gown from Wedding Crafters and the girls made my entire gown selection journey comfortable and joyful! They explained the attributes of each style, made sure to adjust the dress to the best fit and ultimately it’s down to my personal preference and what made me the happiest:)

Everything was perfect: service, gowns, experience. I think the only thing i can nitpick is the ulu location of the gown studio haha. Thank you weddingcrafters team, many guests complimented the Freya gown :') your gown made me look soooo good :')

Wan Lin was extremely patient in helping us from start to finish. The weddingcrafter’s team assisted in picking out the gowns, and also made sure that the dress was flawless for our wedding day. Even slight creases were altered to perfection. We received a lot of compliments thanks to weddingcrafter’s attention to details.

My experience at wedding crafters was simply amazing. They release new designs every quarter and existing brides can choose to update your gown selection within a certain time period. Every time I go for gown trials, and subsequent fittings I always receive very good advice and service even though it might not be the same staff; all of them are very pleasant to speak with and very helpful. They made the experience very comfortable and the dresses are very easy to walk in as well, definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun gown shopping experience!

Chose WeddingCrafters for both my PWS and AD gowns, and they were the only gown shop that I visited before deciding on the gown vendor. I particularly liked their selection and design of dresses which are intricate looking and yet light and comfortable to wear. Service was also excellent, with the designers and staff always being very helpful and friendly during the gown fits, and giving very useful advice. I initially had some second thoughts about my AD gown choice during the first proper fitting, but their designer Cheryl gave very helpful advice that it was related to how the gown was worn (i.e. those minor points of concern can actually be corrected easily), and also accommodated to a last minute refit session to assuage my concerns. The gowns looked amazing during both PWS and AD and I have no regrets going ahead with WeddingCrafters! Would definitely recommend them! Did my AD and PWS with them and they are really professional! They provide alteration of gown length which I just found out that not all gown places do! They helped me to put a finger loop for the evening gown because we wanted to do a dance. Loved the dresses and loved the team!! Would definitely recommend!!

Went with wedding crafters for my wedding gowns and did not disappoint a single bit. The staff was super friendly and made the overall fitting sessions comfortable, and felt like the comfort of my home. On service, I was served by 2-3 different staff during each visit, and I have to say all of them are super patient, understanding and attentive during my visits. Had an episode during my final collection, where I had to add more laces on my gown and the designer (i think?) and assistant stepped in immediately sorting out laces and sewing them on the spot - super grateful they could help fix the dress on the spot. WC makes magical gowns that fits your body type properly and gowns are designed in a way that it was easy for the bride to walk and carry around during my lunch event. Super glad I went with WeddingCrafters on my big day, 10000% would recommend any brides to be to for fittings.

Weddingcrafters was the second gown studio we visited and we decided on the package with them on the same day. Even though the rental cost of the gown was above my budget, I knew I had to go with it because of the gown designs, delicate details and sleek finishing. The studio introduces new designs every quarter, and my choice changed with every visit (unexpectedly, because I loved every gown so much!). We also love that the designers were not pushy at all and overall the service was great :)

Great service and really nice collections of dresses! :) I went for the dresses - Sarah and Hazel and both were really pretty. The studio is comfortable and staff - Cheryl and Wan Lin were rly helpful also!! Thanks for making our special day :)

I did a bespoke customised gown with WeddingCrafters and would highly recommend them for the following reasons: 1. Unique offering of bespoke customised gowns, with flexibility of return date. Prices for a bespoke gown were the lowest in the market, and quality was really high. WC were very detailed and thoughtful in providing inputs on my design, and it was clear they were 100% into making sure that I looked my best and most comfortable on my wedding day! With the flexibility of return date, I was able to bring my gown overseas for a post-wedding photoshoot! 2. Spectacular service. Everyone at WC was kind and very patient. I unfortunately was hospitalised with a severe skin inflammation / rash all over my body very close to my wedding day. WC went over and beyond, engaged with my bridesmaids to put together last minute changes to my gown to ensure that I felt comfortable. They were responsive even after working hours! They were very empathetic to my situation, comforted and reassured me although my skin was severely damaged / pigmented during my fittings. Never once did I feel judged and on the contrary, I felt relief, understood and supported. 3. Quality and excellent designs. All of their gowns were of very high quality (material, accessories etc) yet their designs were creative and clever! I received many compliments on the bespoke gown with the tulle wings and I loved how the gown allowed me 2-3 different looks! Overall, I believe I would not have had such a great experience at any other bridal studio, and I’m thankful to have found WC. I have recommended WC to two friends who went on to be very happy WC brides too! Thank you WC for being part of my wedding day, and for the special experience. Shoutout to the lovely staff - Wan Lin and Cheryl who helped me so much. ❤️

Wedding Crafters is one of the few wedding gown shops that had gowns my size, without needing platform heels. They have a great selection of gowns, with new releases every 3-4 months. The staff at WC were also very friendly and helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. They even lent me a steamer to take home on the day before my wedding to use, because I didn't have one myself. Would definitely recommend every bride to rent their gowns from them :)

Really love the service that the stylists provided - Wan Ling made me feel comfortable and listened to my preferences and also gave her input as well. The space is spacious with lots of natural light so you can see the dresses sparkle really nicely. Highly recommend for brides who are still looking for their perfect gown!

Absolutely loved wedding crafters and the entire process of renting gowns from them. I really really enjoyed the service, and Estella and Joyce were just so sweet. Thank you so much for such a memorable year. I am missing you guys and the dresses already!

We rented 2 dresses from Wedding Crafters, the best part about their dress rental was that we didn’t have to lock in to a particular dress too early into the process. They have a quarterly release of new dresses and we still managed to choose from their September release even though our wedding was in November. Their patience in our dress selection was so amazing as we were honestly so indecisive at first, but the people at Wedding Crafters were able to give good advice based on our venue and my likings. They were always ready with advice and never rushed us. Their gown selections were all so beautiful and we were spoilt for choice. Estella was our first contact with WC and she was such a calming presence which made it easier for us to figure out the type of dress we wanted, she patiently shared her knowledge and expertise which gave us more assurance. So much that we decided to lock in our package after our first visit! Though we did, we never felt pushed or hurried into signing any packages, everything felt very genuine and we could tell that Estella was truly passionate in her work and helping the brides. Joyce was a joy to have around as she made our visits more lighthearted and funny! She helped with the measurements nearing to our wedding and the dresses we picked turned out amazing. We have nothing but praise and thanks for the amazing team at WC!✨

Rented two beautiful gowns and a complimentary kua from wedding crafters with absolutely no regrets! The gowns were of great quality, comfortable and at a reasonable price point. They also provided a xiaomi handheld steamer upon request to steam the gowns on the actual day. 😊 The studio was beautiful and the ladies were very polite and helpful throughout the whole fitting process. They were also not pushy during my first try on and tried to understand what I was looking for, giving constructive recommendations and not afraid to call out gown designs that were not the best for my body shape which I was very appreciative for when there’s so many options available. Their gown selections are available online and on Instagram which helps with shortlisting designs to try. New designs are also launched every 4 months! Overall, really enjoyed my experience with the team and would highly recommend for future brides to be! 😊 don’t forget to check out the decisive promos etc on their website as well!

My initial appointment with WeddingCrafters was with Cheryl and she has helped me a lot for an indecisive and 'dont-know-what-i-want' bride! She offered both technical and personal advises, which allowed me to make up my mind! My remaining appointments was with Joyce and Wan Ling whom were also both thoughtful and considerate designers that made me feel comfortable and pampered me throughout this entire whole bride-to-be journey. Not forgetting the man behind the phone, answering my queries and providing support for the entire team and all the brides behind the scene! Would definitely recommend Weddingcrafters anytime anyday :)
