Walk-in smog tests here typically finish in 15 minutes—that speed paired with fair pricing is what brings people back. Roll through whenever you're due again.

I booked an appointment here because it seemed more convenient than walking in at a different location I’ve used previously. Victor views appointments as suggestions and not priorities to walk-ins. I arrived at my appointment time to find the bay busy, which is fine, so I parked in a spot nearby. When the car left, I tried to pull up and was told someone else was in front of me. I tried clarifying I had an appointment and Victor rudely responded that “the guy I just worked on was my 2pm.” It’s fine if he was - but I also had a 2pm appointment? I overheard him speaking incredibly disrespectfully to another patron too over a similar issue while I had my smog check. i would go over to K & S instead - they were very polite when I saw them a couple of years ago.

Had an appointment set for 2 PM today (10/12) and Victor, the technician working today, was extremely rude. I was on time for the appointment while he was working on another vehicle, I waited until about 2:06 to approach him to let him know I was waiting in the parking lot, then he stated there was a line of people in front of me waiting to be re-tested. I asked him what that meant and he was very derogatory in explaining that they needed to be tested again (no kidding?) but they didn't have an appointment. I would not recommend this station if this is the quality of care they provide customers who attempt to make an appointment ahead of time
