Smile Care Claims came in and cleaned house! We had another RCM company that was not doing what they had promised. We were not happy with them. As soon as we met Smile Care Claims, we knew they were the ones that would really be the fix that we were looking for. Best part of it was that they delivered. We are really looking forward to working with them for the long run! Also, Christian was great in getting all the IT setup done super easily, which the other company made very difficult! Truly a breath of fresh air!

We're really happy with Smile care Claims! Before, we relied on our front desk staff to handle insurance. It was a huge challenge to get accurate info in a timely manner, which is where Smile Care Claims came in. Denise, our dedicated agent, remains in constant contact with us and is always transparent about what she needs us to send her. Our overall insurance collections have improved as a result of their accurate verifications, and automatic claims processing which has reduced our claim denials greatly. Overall, our office runs far better now that we have Smile Care Claims to help us. Thanks again for all the help you provide us!
