Where do we even begin! Choosing tania and her team to plan our wedding was genuinely one of the best decisions we made. A particularly special mention to Antonella who was our point of contact We only had around 5–6 months to plan our wedding in Sicily, which is an incredibly short amount of time, especially when organising everything from abroad, but from the very beginning they made the whole process feel completely manageable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were organised, responsive, patient and always there to guide us through every decision. They completely understood the vision we had for our wedding and somehow managed to turn it into something even more beautiful than we had imagined. And then came the wedding day itself… WOW. Tania and the team were absolutely incredible. Every single detail was taken care of, everything flowed seamlessly, and we genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were able to completely switch off, enjoy ourselves and be present with our family and friends because we knew everything was in the safest hands. The entire day was perfect from beginning to end. The ceremony, the aperitivo, dinner, speeches, music and party all flowed effortlessly. We know just how much work must have been happening behind the scenes, but as guests we saw none of it — everything simply felt relaxed and seamless. So many of our guests have since told us that it was one of the most beautiful and best weddings they have ever been to, and we honestly couldn’t agree more. What makes Antonella particularly special is that she doesn’t just make you feel like another couple or another wedding. She genuinely cares. After months of messages, calls, decisions, changes, excitement and stress, she felt like so much more than our wedding planner by the time the day arrived. Planning a destination wedding in just 5–6 months could have been incredibly stressful, but instead we ended up having the most magical day of our lives. We honestly cannot recommend Tania and her team highly enough. If you’re considering getting married in Sicily, you could not ask for better people to have by your side. Tania was incredible from the first conversation we had with her when deciding to proceed with her for organising our wedding. She was so relaxed and immediately made us feel like we were going to be in the best hands, which we definitely were. Our wedding was literally the most incredible day of our lives, and that’s largely thanks to how relaxed we were throughout the whole process and, especially, on the day itself. I had friends getting married around the same time who were constantly telling me about the stress of planning, dealing with wedding planners and having to chase things, and I honestly couldn’t relate at all. Our experience was completely different, Tania took so much of the pressure away that I was actually able to enjoy the whole experience. As a bride, I literally didn’t have to think about anything on the day as everything was so well under control. I genuinely didn’t even know what time of day it was! I was able to completely switch off, enjoy every moment and just be present with my husband, family and friends. I couldn’t recommend Tania enough for a wedding. She is incredibly patient, friendly and supportive, and from start to finish she made us feel so relaxed and happy. Everything was beyond any of our expectations, from the initial planning right through to the actual day. And beyond Tania, her whole team and all of the providers she works with were so friendly and professional, and made me feel so special throughout the process. Io e mio marito ci siamo sposati giusto qualche giorno fa. Siamo stati seguiti da Tania e il suo team. Avevamo iniziato a farci seguire da un’altra wedding planner perché credevamo di non avere “budget” per un percorso con Tania, dopo una breve sbandata, per fortuna abbiamo cambiato rotta facendoci seguire da Tania e ne abbiamo guadagnato in termini di serenità e professionalità. Il nostro evento è stato perfetto, non perché senza intoppi, ma perché anche qualche imperfezione è stata tempestivamente e sapientemente gestita senza appesantire noi sposi da Tania e il suo team. Ci siamo sentiti supportati e curati in maniera quasi materna, rassicurati in ogni passo che compivamo e soprattutto Tania ha saputo capire e realizzare sia a livello di design che a livello gestionale organizzativo, tutte le nostre richieste rimanendo sempre nei budget prefissati. L’evento è stato emozionante e abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da tutti. Anche Durante l’evento Tania ha avuto cura di noi, dandoci anche dello spazio per noi, “nascondendoci” dagli ospiti per qualche istante, non è scontato avere questa delicatezza. Oltre che un evento apprezzato dagli ospiti è stato un giorno che difficilmente noi dimenticheremo. Grazie Tania, hai scelto per il tuo team persone eticamente allineate e valide professionalmente. Sapere che vi siete sentiti sereni, supportati e soprattutto liberi di vivere pienamente il vostro matrimonio è per me una delle soddisfazioni più grandi.

Un matrimonio perfetto non è necessariamente un matrimonio in cui tutto accade esattamente come previsto: è quello in cui gli sposi possono godersi ogni istante senza accorgersi di ciò che, dietro le quinte, richiede una soluzione, un cambio di programma o semplicemente un po’ di cura in più. E sapere che per voi è stato così significa tantissimo.

Ho amato accompagnarvi in questo percorso, interpretare ciò che desideravate e vedere, alla fine, tutto prendere forma. Ma soprattutto ho amato vedervi felici quel giorno… anche in quei piccoli momenti in cui vi abbiamo “nascosti” dal resto del mondo per lasciarvi semplicemente essere Eleonora e Paolo. 🥹

Esperienza positiva sarebbe riduttivo. Team pazzesco che ha messo in pratica tutti i nostri desideri, coordinato dalla grande Tania. Sempre presente, super positiva (cosa per niente scontata visti i nostri caratteri e le nostre ansie) e che cercava soluzioni a tutti i problemini che inevitabilmente si creavano. Consiglio a tutti, se volete un matrimonio veramente fatto bene, non usuale, senza pensare a nulla, LORO SONO IL TEAM PERFETTO. Mi risposerei domani 😅❤️

Everything was absolutely perfect ! From the ceremony and the stunning dinner setup to the flawless organisation. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about Tania and her team. When I try to think of where to start, I get emotional, because they did so much for us and made this entire process so meaningful and beautiful. A wedding is so much more than a single day; we spent nearly a year working with Tania, and I almost wish we could do it all over again because this planning process was such an unexpected joy. It was clear Tania puts so much care and passion into planning. Tania and her team work from their hearts and it shows in everything they do. From the very first meeting, Tania made it clear it was important to her to truly understand me and my fiancé, our story, our families, and what matters most to us--not just aesthetics or tastes, but really understanding our values as people and how we wanted to represent ourselves on this important day. Every conversation left me feeling so cared for and considered. Her communication was transparent and clear; she kept us on track and in budget; she guided us in areas where we felt lost and clueless; she dealt with curveballs as they came up like a champ. After those initial conversations, she recommended absolutely PERFECT locations (seriously, we had such difficulty choosing!!!) and best-in-class vendors, each and every one not only a true professional but an artist in their field. I could not be more in love with our photographer, videographer, hair stylist & makeup artist, florist, caterers, DJ, violinist, all of which Tania found for us--even the babysitting services she recommended for us were top notch! It was also a joy to work with SWE's designer, Laura, whose vision was nothing short of a masterpiece. From the save-the-dates to the invites to the moodboard to the flowers to the mise-en-place to the lighting to the dress consultation I later added on (WORTH IT), everything was out of this world. I am someone who loves design, so I knew I would enjoy this side of things, but what Laura put together was genuinely beyond my wildest dreams. I kept having to pinch myself that this was ACTUALLY my wedding. Initially I'd wanted to hire a wedding planner just to help me manage the stress--but with Tania, Laura, Antonella, and the rest of the team was so much more than that. They treated us like family and put together a wedding we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I will be forever grateful that they made this day--and the entire year-long experience of planning--so special and meaningful. Grazie mille Tania!!!!

Alex and I got married at Commenda di San Calogero in May 2026. The team at SWE were truly amazing, particularly Antonella and Laura who headed up the logistics and design. They were always positive, patient and kind, and they helped us navigate all the stressful parts of planning a destination wedding. The three days were beyond what we could have imagined: we completely trusted them to deliver and the end result was amazing. Laura spent a lot of blood, sweat and tears into our design but also beyond her job description… she was also there for me as support through what could be very stressful. Our wedding was perfect, guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to… and it was the best wedding have ever been to and honestly ever will be to… LOL.
