Mitch, Nana and Carol were great getting me back up to speed after I suffered a running injury. Over 5 sessions I received helpful treatments and was given homework exercises that helped immensely. I am now back training for half marathons. Thank you Sheddon!

Kurt, Sophia, Karen, Anna, Carol, and the entire team are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about helping their patients succeed.
I'm still working hard to regain my mobility, but I finally feel like I'm moving in the right direction. Every visit brings progress and renewed confidence.they are tough but they know what you need and you just have to do the work.
If you're looking for a physiotherapy clinic that truly cares and delivers results, I highly recommend Sheddon Physio...ask for Kurt and Sophia and then get a massage with Karen and then Anna brings it all home with your personalised excercises. I'm incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping me get back on my feet. Looking forward to my salsa dancing soon..
