Mitch, Nana and Carol were great getting me back up to speed after I suffered a running injury. Over 5 sessions I received helpful treatments and was given homework exercises that helped immensely. I am now back training for half marathons. Thank you Sheddon!

Kurt, Sophia, Karen, Anna, Carol, and the entire team are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about helping their patients succeed.
I'm still working hard to regain my mobility, but I finally feel like I'm moving in the right direction. Every visit brings progress and renewed confidence.they are tough but they know what you need and you just have to do the work.
If you're looking for a physiotherapy clinic that truly cares and delivers results, I highly recommend Sheddon Physio...ask for Kurt and Sophia and then get a massage with Karen and then Anna brings it all home with your personalised excercises. I took my 13-year-old nephew to Dr. Andre after he injured his elbow during a wrestling match and ended up with a ligament tear. From day one, Dr. Andre was incredibly helpful. He guided us on the right imaging to get, including X-rays and an ultrasound, and started treatment right away to help with the pain and inflammation.
What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained everything. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure we understood the injury and recovery process. His approach is focused on getting patients back to moving and functioning normally as soon as possible, without pushing through pain.
My nephew felt comfortable and confident throughout the process, and we saw improvement quickly. Dr. Andre is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely wants to help his patients get better. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with an injury.
