It used to be much better, but now it feels overcrowded no matter what time you go. It’s gotten to the point where I can barely get access to the machines I want to use. Now it’s pretty much the same experience as you would see at Pure Gym or Planet Fitness.
I think they’ve done a poor job managing membership capacity. Once a gym reaches a certain number of members, there should be a waitlist instead of continuing to accept more sign ups. At some point, adding more members just makes the experience worse for everyone who’s already paying.
Please do something about the crowd. I don’t mind paying for more if I get to have decent workout and most of people who comes to this gym would think the same.
Update: After reading the owner’s response, I’m even more disappointed.
Nobody is questioning how successful your business is, and congratulations on having so many members! But your business success means very little to customers who can barely access the equipment they’re paying to use.
People choose gyms like Rock Fitness because they expect a better experience than budget gyms like Planet Fitness or Pure Gym. Unfortunately, Rock Fitness now offers essentially the same overcrowded experience at nearly double the cost.
What’s even more disappointing is the owner’s response to legitimate customer feedback. Instead of acknowledging concerns about overcrowding and membership capacity, the response was defensive, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending. Telling a paying customer, “Maybe when you own a business one day, you can strive to not be so busy,” says a lot about how management handles criticism.
Being busy isn’t necessarily a sign of being well-managed. A well-run gym should be able to balance membership growth with the quality of its members’ experience.
Once my membership expires, I’ll most likely switch to BQE Fitness. From my experience, BQE has a larger crowd, yet somehow the machines I want to use are more consistently available. That suggests overcrowding isn’t just about how many members you have, but how effectively you manage your facility.
I genuinely used to enjoy this gym, which is why I left my original review in the first place. It’s unfortunate that management seems more interested in defending its business success than listening to the customers who helped make it successful.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Our team and staff has and continues to work tremendously hard to make our membership experience as special as possible. The gym has the newest state of the art equipment and cleanliness is a top priority. And to your acknowledgment, many people have well perceived us. Most of the well run facilities are busy this time of year. Effective today, we go 24 hrs. which should also give members more hours of availability.
As far as raising pricing, at a time when many people are dealing with economic struggles, we do not wish to be add additional burdens to our wonderful members.
We wish you a wonderful experience at your next fitness facility. We anticipate you will have similar experience at any well run state of the art fitness facility. Bottom line well run facilities are busy especially this time of the year.
Maybe when you own a business one day, you can strive to not be so busy !!

Amazing Gym! The weights and sauna is so clean as well as useful. The Rock Bar is fantastic and delicious always great service. The nighttime staff especially management always takes care of the facility and super friendly. Shoutout to Sam and Chels!

Great, clean gym. Staff super helpful and always friendly. New machines, nice aesthetic, two floors, good selection of various machines. Private handicap bathrooms.

love the sauna and how clean it is! there’s always someone cleaning and putting the equipment away. was so happy when this gym opened bc the only decent gym around here was blink but it was so overpacked it took double the time to do my workouts waiting for any machines. now i can finish my workouts and even have time for the sauna. the protein shakes and snacks here r pretty good too. def worth the money if it’s within ur budget.

Amazing gym with an even better atmosphere! The gym is always spotless, well-maintained, and a great place to work out. Hazel, who works at the front desk, is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even better from the moment you walk in. You can tell the staff really care about keeping the gym clean and creating a positive environment for everyone. Definitely a 5-star gym, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to train!

Gym is v good and they have a good customer service. Definitely recommend whoever is looking to join new gym. They have the sauna aswell too.

Great space and equipment, maintained well, and staff is genial. FYI, the loud high-bpm music can be extremely intense and unforgiving, and usually takes place late-night (after 9pm). If management is reading this, hoping for some predictability/transparent scheduling of what kind of music will be playing during which time periods so folks with sensory needs can avoid loud sound tracking 🙏
