Absolutely a great experience! Adrian is so kind and friendly. Had last minutes changes, company was very accommodating! Was waiting for us outside the airport and punctual for pick up back to airport. Will be calling/using again when we come back to Honduras. Knowledgeable about the island.
Fantastic Experience
Adrian was an incredible driver and was on time when he picked us up both times. He was kind and knowledgeable about the island and gave us cool facts about Roatan as we drove. We would highly recommend Adrian and the shuttle service for your transportation needs!

Great all around experience!
Smooth process. Excellent communication with the arrival and departure trips. Don Jose was our driver but felt more like a tour guide. He was extremely conversational and provided some great history of the island. Definitely recommend this service for your transportation needs!

Adrian Jimenez saved the day. We were on a tour with a great local guide when the car broke down near the end of the tour. Adrian showed up immediately to transport us to the last stop and then back to the ship. We learned loads of interesting facts about Roatan from Adrian. It was a pleasure to meet him. Great overall trip, Royce and Fanny were great, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The zip lines were good as well as the animal sanctuary.

Roatan!
Nereyda and Mario were both amazing for pick up and drop off. They were on time and made sure to be somewhere easy to find. They communicated well with me to ensure I did not get lost (which is easy for me to do 😂). They were very knowledgeable about the island and gave me good tips on things to do while I was there. I highly recommend booking with them. I will be back again!

Roatan Airport Shuttles was absolutely excellent all the way around. Their staff easily communicated throughout my trip and both my drivers Joe and Nereyda were excellent! 5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Mario was responsive and professional with confirming pick up time and location. Booked through viator app which causes some communication issues and he quickly said he would work on a refund from them. Adrian the driver was so personable, helpful and fun!
