On July 14, 2021, I signed a contract with Right Now Roofing which displayed an OK license #80003621, for a new roof. The work was on July 21-22, 2021, but they failed to inspect and repair the decking as per the contract. On the same day they, and I quote “completed the job”, I noticed rotten decking and began contacting Right Now Roofing. They sent Miguel Martinez, the foreman, who performed inadequate patchwork and ignored concealed damage. Despite my complaints, Right Now Roofing management remained unresponsive. On August 1, 2021, I sent emails and letters to the owner and manager, Daniel Parker and James Roberts, demanding the job be completed per the contract by August 21. They did not respond. I later discovered from the Construction Industries Board that Right Now Roofing was out of business and uninsured. On August 5, 2021, Right Now Roofing billed me for the incomplete job. This was frustrating. On Aug. 19th, 2021, I sent a picture of the patched damage to James Roberts email. With in 20 minutes he responded to me for the first time. Due to his late response the soonest he could meet with me was August 25th, 2021. I accepted this date that was past the Aug. 21, deadline because although, I was looking, I currently had no other options available to me for getting my roof done. Having no confidence in Right Now Roofing, I hired A. Fricker Roofing, who completely redid the job from August 23-25 for $10,285. On August 23, I informed James Roberts via email about cancelling our August 25 appointment as another company had taken over. Roberts insisted on meeting, but I declined. On September 2, 2021, I sent a notarized letter to Right Now Roofing asking them to acknowledge I owed them nothing but received no response. I included a copy of the official credit union check with which I paid the second roofing company. 2 years, 4 months later, January 2024, Right Now Roofing sued me for $7,499, claiming they completed the job per the contract. In court, they presented no inspection report, pictures, or evidence of completed work and did not have anyone present who was at my roof installation. They introduced a fraudulent second page to the contract. Despite my objections, this page was admitted, and they were awarded a 10% cancellation fee based on this page. Their attorney then filed a Motion for attorney fees. The fraudulent second page indicated arbitration in Florida, contradicting their filing in Tulsa County. They did not seek my consent for this change in venue. Right Now Roofing committed multiple instances of fraud, including altering contract terms and presenting fabricated evidence in court. Noticing that the fraudulent page gave Florida jurisdiction, I filed a motion to vacate. The motion to vacate was granted based on the fraud of the second page. James Roberts and Right Now Roofing have caused major disruption to my life. There is nothing frivolous about this filing. I am the injured party. Defending this case has caused me stress, insomnia and chest pain and has cost me my job that I’d had and done well with for 3 ½ years prior to being sued for the roof. At my age it is hard to get another job. James Roberts has damaged an important part of my life that cannot be repaired. I have copies of emails, papers and pictures taken by the second roofing company that support my statements if you would like to have them.

Right Now Roofing is an honest, affordable and expeditious company in the roofing business and their roofers do pay attention to detail when doing their job. I was very pleased with the roof repair job they did on my house.

First they did my Mother house and garage and I was pleased and I had my house done also. They did all three in two days. The next day we both check out the work that was done ,everything was done like a professional roofer and also everything was clean. Rite Now Roofing is the best roofing company you could ask for. From the moment we contacted them, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.
