I am really glad that I chose Rinaldi Brothers to replace my roof. I am very satisfied with the results, and feel that this large complex project was completed in a timely way at a fair price. I would like to especially praise the people involved, including Brandon, a very knowledgeable salesman; Adriano, the project manager; Segundo, the lead person on the shingle crew; and Antonio, the lead person on the copper fabrication (for three copper -roofed dormers). My 110-year old house has a large and complex roofline. The 27-year old shingle roof was removed and a new plywood base was installed. I opted for the top line GAF shingle products, for performance as well as insurance reasons. I was amazed to see how quickly and effectively Segundo’s team tore down the old roof and installed the new shingle roof. And it looks fantastic! Neighbors have complimented me on the appearance. The copper roof work was all custom and took longer, and it looks great. All the Rinaldi crews worked with confidence and speed. Really impressive! Also I don’t want to forget the office support for promptly getting all the paperwork in place. All the work was error-free. Rinaldi Brothers is truly a professional organization. I am very glad that I selected them for this big, important project.

Giving Rinaldi 5-stars for transparency and service. Someone came out and looked at our roof, gave us an honest assessment and a detailed quote. While he could have told us a replacement was urgent, he explained where the roof was actually in good condition and the pros/cons of replacing it now vs. waiting. He didn't try to sell us or rush us on something just to close a deal. We were able to make an informed decision and while we decided to wait a year or two on the work, Rinaldi will be top of mind when we do go forward. EDIT (9/2026) we got our new roof with Rinaldi and the whole process lived up to expectations! Easy quote and communications, fair pricing, and the project completed on time and professionally.

Overall a very good experience. A thorough inspection was made, and there was good communication throughout the project, with a full list of the people to contact if there were any issues. The project was to replace a roof that had deteriorated prematurely due to improper flashing and ventilation being done when we added on to our house 20 years ago. Milton's (the job manager) crew had to add flashing where it was missing or inadequate and increase attic ventilation on the gambrel roofed building. Also, they had to cut back the fiber-cement siding several inches from the roof shingles to protect it from water damage (the contractor of 20 years ago didn't realize this was requirement for this type of siding). The crew coordinated with a contractor we had hired to relocate a plumbing system roof vent for a different project. Price was good considering the large roof area with the gambrel section, addition and two-car garage. The worksite was cleaned each day, and Milton kept the lines of communication open. The whole job took a little over 2 days - it was obvious they were taking the time to get it right instead of trying to do it in one day. I waited to post this review until we had a decent rainfall, and that happened on September 13 (4 inches in total); all the water went where it was supposed to - nothing got behind the gutters as it had been. Would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding!!!!! 100% satisfied from start to finish! The team at Rinaldi Brothers Roofing did an absolute stellar job replacing our roof. From the initial interaction transparent estimate with Elliot, scheduling with Amanda, all the way to the coordination & final walk-through with Milton, their communication was top-notch. Delivery of the materials & dumpster in advance was exactly as planned. The crew showed up right on time, worked incredibly hard, and handled the project with pure professionalism. Working as a team! Best of all, they left the property completely spotless—you wouldn't even know a full roofing crew had been here. The removal of the dumpster and remaining materials - also, exactly as planned. The new roof looks outstanding, and the quality of craftsmanship second to none. When the time came for me to replace the roof on my home, I contacted several roofing contractors. From the initial visit by Kaleb, their Exterior Solutions Consultant, Rinaldi Brothers Roofing offered a high level of professionalism, not only in providing a packet of documentation and a thorough, explanatory quotation, but more importantly, by taking time to respond thoughtfully and completely to questions I had about the process, the product, and the expected results. This phase of the project was quickly followed by further professional support through the assistance of Amanda, the Pre-Construction Manager, who was both helpful and patient throughout the preparatory stages. Finally, Project Manager Adriano, overseeing a focused and hard-working crew, completed the roofing project itself in an amazingly careful and efficient manner, leaving immaculate grounds at the end of the workday. I cannot thank Rinaldi Brothers Roofing enough for a job that was… from start to finish…very, very well done.

We really had an amazing experience with Rinaldi Brothers roofing. I called for a quote and Brandon Sievers came over in less than a week. He spent an hour with me and I learned more about my cedar roof than I could have imagined there was to know. Also, he had an estimate for the project by the end of that very day. We did not wait too long to get on their schedule and once we did, they kept every promise from material drop off to daily clean up expectations. The job site was tidied up and neat after each work day. Maikol Figueroa was our forman and he was so easy to talk to. I was very concerned about a glass structure under a portion of the tear out and Maikol handled it with full integrity. The roof is amazing and beautiful; we could smell the beautiful cedar scent while they were working. There were a few roof issues discovered during the project that were handled beautifully with a few conversations and now our roof is solid and secure. I trusted this company throughout the project due to their availability, responsiveness and knowledge.
