Very welcome, easy to access, the car was clean , almost new. When I called during the stay I had a very quick answer. The return was as easy. Not having a deposit check to pay, franchise is a real plus. And in addition we did not have to clean the car before the return. All positives. If I come back I will rent without hesitation through this central.
rent gr crete were great to deal with -minimal paperwork and efficient systems that was stress free when picking up the car from heraklion and dropping off @chania airport. Andreas @ chania rent gr was super friendly and even dropped us off at the airport. Service like this made the trip very memorable . loved Crete ! thanks Andreas Yassou

Car rental was delivered on time at the hotel. The lady told me to take pictures and video of the car. Handover was done very quickly, short explanation in the car. Car was nice and clean. Overall, a good impression of the company! Sorry, no breakdown triangle and no bandage found.

I have done a fair amount travel around Europe and the US with rental cars. Hands down this was the fastest, easiest, and most pain free rental car experience. We rented from Heraklion and returned in Chania. The fact that insurance was included and the car was dropped off to our lodging was a great perk.

Update: wir haben mittlerweile 3 Mal einen Mietwagen bei Justrentals gebucht und sind, wie bei der ersten Buchung, top zufrieden!!!
Wir haben das erste Mal bei Justrentals gebucht und es war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Von der Buchung bis hin zur Rückgabe verlief alles perfekt und sehr professionell. Der uns zur Verfügung gestellte Mietwagen befand sich in einen sehr guten Zustand. Kleine Vorschäden wurden bei Übernahme detailliert protokolliert. Das Personal war jederzeit super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

I was afraid of renting a car (never know who to trust) but if I ever visit Crete again, I will go straight here for renting a car. Price = 5*, no complains, the price matches the website, insurance complete. Service personnel= 5*, great attitude. Returning a car = 5* - very smoothly. I highly recommend this car rent - fast, smooth, superb experience.

Very quick and reliable service, cars in great condition. I have used their services for four times during the last two years and have always had a fantastic experience, even with some last minute bookings and extensions. Très bon service. En Crête, une voiture automatique était un must pour nous considérant les cols et les épingles. Formule tout compris était ce que nous recherchions et nous nous sommes sentis bien rassurés. Véhicule très propre. Ouverture pour modifier l'heure du retour. Proximité du véhicule de notre hôtel.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Die Buchung war sehr übersichtlich. Es gab keine versteckte Kosten, auch nicht bei der Versicherung. Der Wagen, ein VW Polo, war in gutem Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, bei Rückgabe des Autos wurden wir sogar zum Abflugterminal gefahren.

I highly recommend this company. They met us at night at 3 am. They quickly processed the documents. The price was the lowest, and the insurance covered everything. The second driver is free. On the way back, they took us to the airport. And most importantly, you can pay with a debit card, not a credit card.
Everything went smoothly. Very affordable price, clear instructions for picking up the car. I recommend it.
