Dr Naeem Mitha is an amazing dermatologist! He is kind, welcoming and always makes you feel at ease. I received medical laser treatment from him for my Hidradenitis Suppurativa that I have been struggling with for over a decade and have had great results with him. The amount of knowledge that he has around my condition is very reassuring and incredibly valuable. The receptionists and assistants were lovely too. I would definitely recommend, thank you for everything :)

I visited this clinic for a scar-removal treatment, and unfortunately the results were very disappointing. The treated area now looks worse than before, and I will need to seek help elsewhere to try to fix it. The experience did not meet my expectations in terms of care or outcome. Based on this, I cannot recommend this clinic for scar-removal procedures.

Scars and their treatment are very much a dynamic process and scars go through a number of phases before they mature and settle. All treatments for scarring especially keloid scarring involve in most instances the use of steroid injections. These injections come with side-effects that are well documented and always highlighted to clients. The two main side-effects are lightening of the skin (hypopigmentation) and thinning of the skin (skin atrophy). Unfortunately, you had the side-effects in one of the scars and not all of them. This can occur in any client but from our extensive experience some are definitely more prone to this than others. Also just because this did not happen previously doesn’t mean it can’t happen at a repeat treatment. The nature and cause of the scars can also be a significantly contributing factor. When this does occur, due to our extensive experience, we know exactly what to do and how long these changes take to reverse. In almost all cases they always reverse. Indeed, we would argue that in the case of certain patients some of these side-effects can prove to be slightly advantageous as the long-term effect following reversal of these side-effects is that the scar is left in a much better place.
Our advice in these cases is always to be patient and wait for the scar to remodel and for the atrophy and hypo pigmentation to recover which happens in all cases. Following this, the scar is often in a much better place than when we started. Therefore, as you feel that the scars are in a worse place than you started, our advice would be not to try and fix them as they are now still in the process of fixing and hence patience will result in an overall improvement in the scar appearance over the next few months. The treatment is not complete but in fact in process. But of course avoidance of the side effects with achievement of the desired results sooner would be better.

I wanted to write this when i felt my condition had officially lapsed & id sorted the problem out forever. I sadly around covid developed alopecia which was really scary never had this problem before in my life nor did it run in my family. I found this clinic purely through Google & the dr was amazing, he administered my steroid injection twice & all my hair came back!!! This was back in 2021 & have had a successful remission of it. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Me and my partner took our son here for his circumcision on the 15th of January and I honestly couldn’t fault the clinic. The whole experience was extremely professional from start to finish. The clinic itself was very clean and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease.
Everything about the procedure was explained clearly and thoroughly beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect and felt fully informed. The staff were calm, kind and reassuring throughout.
The aftercare has been absolutely 10/10 — the WhatsApp support has been amazing for peace of mind, and having prescriptions already prepared for any medication if needed was such a thoughtful touch. It really showed how well they care for families beyond just the procedure itself.
As a mother you don’t want to see your child in pain and he was so looked after during his procedure that he actually didn’t cry at all during the procedure and they have rooms for you to go into after to comfort, feed and settle your baby as needed as well as a follow up check on the baby after procedure to check for bleeding.
I would highly recommend this clinic to any parent considering circumcision for their child. Thank you for such a positive and reassuring experience.

I went to the clinic to help reduce my ankle pain, and the steroid injections by Dr Ahamed have reduced my pain significantly, and he was extremely kind, courteous, and compassionate. The customer service is brilliant too, especially that kind woman. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Had to wait over 30 mins for my appointment, when asked if I could get a refund as my slot time was over & I needed to leave, I was then seen. Had a consultation as I couldn’t book the treatment I wanted without it apparently (although I knew the details mentioned in the consultation already & just wanted to ahead with treatment) when I was happy to go ahead with treatment I was told the consultation was a separate paid service and would not be contributed towards my treatment which is usual practice for most clinics. Left the clinic very late, with no new information and £100 short.

We ensure that all consultations are not biased towards pushing a sale because we are registered with the CQC and our doctors always abide by Good medical practice as defined by the general medical council. We are fully aware that many patients now come fairly well informed about what the most appropriate treatment may be for them. However, you need to realise that should you wish to attend a clinic where you will lead your treatment options and make choices that a practitioner as opposed to a senior doctor will just agree to, then you should not have considered us as an establishment where you could receive some treatment.
We take full responsibility for all treatments that are provided at our establishment and we are doctor lead meaning the doctors take responsibility for all the outcomes of any treatment. The whole point of this is to ensure you make choices that will yield the best possible result in the quickest possible time and to ensure that you are fully aware of what you will be receiving.
Dr Ghani made it extremely clear that he was impressed with your choices and your evaluation of what you were likely to need. However, that does not mean we are going to automatically just refund this consultation fee based on that assumption of yours. In addition, we were extremely busy today and of course we apologise that you had to wait for 30 minutes. At the same time you will appreciate Dr Ghani gave you a lot of his time and full attention and on his part delivered absolutely what was intended within the remit of this consultation.
It’s very easy to just slander clinics, but prior to attending somewhere you should understand exactly what the rules and policies that are in place. In addition, all reputable clinics that are doctor led and where you will be seeing a doctor as part of the consultation process will expect a consultation fee. If you wish to attend where the consultation fee will be refunded as part of agreeing to do a treatment, then you should be selecting those clinic and not be expecting to see a doctor.

Very nice clean place, very poor time management, but the thing I hate about these kind of business is, if you can't deliver what a customer asks for then say it straight and clear not this procedure may or may not work 🙄. Paid lots of money for a hair treatment just the edges. Done sessions of painful injections and needling. I've given it way over a year and the edges looks exactly the same. Complete waste of money. Avoid for hair treatment, maybe they're good with other things but definitely not hair
As we discussed throughout your consultations, hair-loss treatment can be complex, and results vary significantly from patient to patient.
In your particular case, our treatment options were limited due to personal factors that made certain procedures unsuitable, including PRP and hair transplantation. You also preferred not to use medication, which further narrowed the available pathways.
Given these constraints, the only appropriate option was mesotherapy using exosomes. We were completely transparent from the outset that this treatment could not guarantee significant results, and you proceeded with three sessions.
While it appears that the areas of hair loss did not improve as you wanted it, there was no deterioration either. We also arranged follow-up appointments to review your progress, but these were not attended.

Circumcision for our 2 month old son was done here. Great experience. Beautiful clinic with very friendly staff. Numerous parking options nearby which were all shared by the team at the clinic to make it easier to find a spot. Privacy given post-surgery for feeding and soothing the baby.
