I want to give a HUGE shout-out to J, our server at Red Lobster in Green Acres, NY! From beginning to end, the service was absolutely amazing! J was attentive, professional, personable, and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our dining experience.
Great customer service can truly make or break an experience, and J went above and beyond to make ours memorable. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of treating customers with kindness, patience, and genuine hospitality.

I had the chicken Alfredo linguini yesterday. The taste was okay, definitely olive garden’s one is better. But since it was okay I didn’t complaint about it. Then I had a little leftover that I ate in the morning and went to school. Man I vomitted so much of course I had food poisoning with it. I am known for being able to tolerate any type of food, but idk what they had in there. It was one of the worst experiences I had with food. 🤮

Okay, my Wife & I have been coming to this Red Lobster 🦞 since 1986 & the food has ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING!!! However, last night Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 we had our WORST MEAL EVER!!! I need to mention our server was Ms. Anne T. & she was wonderful!
So, my Wife ordered the “Ultimate Feast” & I ordered “Snow Crab Legs” W/ Garlic Butter on the side! When our food arrived it was COLD!!! The Broccoli 🥦 & her Lobster Tail was SOGGY, the Garlic Butter tasted OLD & the drinks tasted like KOOL AID W/ NO ALCOHOL!!!
When we arrived home my became VIOLENTLY ILL, with Diarrhea, Vomiting & a Cold Sweat & thankfully we didn’t have to go to the ER!!! Please understand that, this was our FIRST TIME ever having an experience like this at this Red Lobster & they were also understaffed!!! The total amount of our meal was $170.42 tip included!!! I will be stopping by to inform the manager!!!

Akayla (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) was a wonderful host! She was so sweet and welcoming to my daughters, and she made sure my server knew that I was celebrating a birthday. She was very helpful and attentive to my table, and her kindness really made our experience even more special.

I would like to thank our waiter Jason A.He is an extraordinary young man and his service was exceptional, we have not received such great service in years and coming from such a young person we were amazed,Very professional, helpful and was super friendly. I hope he gets recognized for his great service and can continue to grow with this restaurant .We need more like him in this world. Wish there were 10 stars to give this young man because he truly deserves it.We ate at the Valley Stream Location.

Our waitress J’son was awesome! He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Thumbs Up for J'son! You have to go to Red Lobster and ask for J'son! He is very polite, he always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. To top it off, our food was delicious, nice, and hot. Incredible service and great food—we will definitely be back and will ask for J’SOn.
