Anne T. was the bomb! When she welcomed me and told me she was going to be my waitress for the evening , I was content. She offered me the specials and drinks as well . Her overall representation left me with intent to return back to Red Lobster with more people. Customer Service is key, and hers went a long way!

Came here with my girlfriend, we both ordered the surf and turf combo which runs about 50 dollars a plate. Everything else was acceptable but the sirloin was so incredibly tough and not edible. We complained to the manager and her excuse was “we don’t cut it in house” thankfully we got the steaks comped and had to pay for everything else which was fine. I just didn’t like the excuse, I could go buy a sirloin the same size from Walmart for less than 10 dollars and it would still be better. I was actually baffled.

Red Lobster, y’all gotta do better. The Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo was basically a bowl of noodles leaving me on a scavenger hunt to find 3 lonely pieces of rubbery chicken trying to survive. I mean the chicken was not too good but dang don’t leave it out lol The sauce was good, but where was the chicken? For what I paid 40$ with extra sauce and a salad , I expected chicken Alfredo, not Alfredo-flavored pasta.” 😭🍝🐔
Honestly, if you’re pregnant and craving protein, I’d be annoyed too. Three pieces of chicken is not the kind of meal that hits the spot when you’re hungry. 😅 Not to mention it came cold and my house is 5 minutes away like whyyyyyyy???

ANNE WAS VERY PATIENT AND COURTEOUS. SHE WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE MULT TOMES AND SHE WAS NOT BOTHERED BY OUR INTERRUPTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE.
