Went in with a shoulder injury that hadn't changed for approx. 6 months. After a few sessions with Pat and a couple of months of his guided rehab, the shoulder is as good as new. Pat is awesome and knowledgeable. All the staff I interacted and communicated with were lovely and professional. I would highly recommend Pro Sports Medicine and should I have any other injuries (knock on wood), this will be my first stop.

Seen a lot of physios and the like in my time but this place really exceeded expectations. Cracking service, engaged and knowledgable practitioner, friendly reception staff, easy to park, nothing bad to say. Great value ultrasound and aftercare plans with it. Highly recommended 👍🏼

I have used Pro Sports Medicine in Cardiff for several years for problems with back and knee. I can highly recommend them for their professional and friendly service. From the initial booking to the treatments themselves everything is top class. The physiotherapists themselves are often associated with professional sports clubs, so you can be guaranteed the best. Their service is not limited to sports injuries; in my case my back and knee issues are of a more general nature. Highly recommended!

I found the physio extremely helpful. I have been slowly building myself up to my normal day to day work and have definitely noticed recently that I could do with some more help. My normal day to day job is heavier and more awkward than that that I have been doing and now that I am not receiving the physio I feel stiff and am aching.

Super helpful and really knowledgeable staff (shoutout to Connor Dunleavy!). Sport specific rehab programme put together after one initial assessment, injury sorted within 4-6 weeks. Put together an individualised plan to progress from rehab to a standard gym routine, even though I wasn't returning to the practice! Top guys!

ProSports is a completely professional physiotherapy clinic, and David Price-Smith is an excellent physiotherapist. I suffered a knee injury that A&E initially diagnosed as a sprain, but a month later, the instability returned and I realized something wasn't right. I found ProSports online, contacted them, and got an appointment the very next day. David knew right away it was an ACL injury and secured me an MRI slot, which confirmed a high-grade partial tear. His training program really helped me rebuild my strength. I highly recommend ProSports and send a heartfelt thanks to David Price-Smith **he is a champ!**

From my very first appointment, Miss Kuiper was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My daughter is a young footballer and has been treated at PSM a number of times in the past for both hamstring and ACL return to play. We cannot recommend them enough. She also has a chronic calf issue and Dan at PSM has gone above and beyond when I've had questions, he has got answers for us and referred us to the best clinicians in the UK even when it's a really tough case to diagnose. Would recommend giving them a call!
