I had a hard time finding a company that services Scotsman ice machines, but I'm so glad I found PowerOn. From the moment I called, Mindy was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was able to fit me into their schedule quickly, which I really appreciated.
Lester came out, quickly identified the issue, and got everything taken care of. What really stood out was that he took the time to teach me how to properly maintain my ice machine to help prevent future problems. That level of customer service is rare these days.
