This is, seriously, the best company to contact for small appliance repairs! My husband and I were impressed with our technician, Leo, and his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism he exhibited throughout his visit in our home while diagnosing the problem with our washing machine. Unfortunately, the problem was going to be a more expensive solution than the washer itself was worth but we did purchase one that Leo recommended! We completely trusted and valued his advice!!!! 😄

I've got a messed-up Samsung wall oven/stove that was leaking gas when I wanted to bake something, it's got other things that are missing but I solely wanted to pay for a fixed oven, as the rest of it is still usable despite it's state of disrepair, so I made an appointment with these people. The technician came the day after, sometime between 12 - 3 PM carrying a robust toolkit. He quickly got to work diagnosing my oven after I explained the issue, worked quickly through gunked up / bad screws, and found the issue within 20 minutes of arrival. He charged $290, but the replacement part by itself was $200 MSRP, so it was $90 of labor and efficiency after that. He already came with all the parts required to make the repair, and even replaced the bad screws with correctly-sized, shiny new ones. He went on to give me links to the missing burner knobs for the stove-top and advised I cleaned parts of the burner to see if it fixed the ones that wouldn't light without a match. I put a %10 tip because I have enough capital and it was job well-done.

Our technician had your Samsung gas oven diagnosed in about 20 minutes, and since he brought the replacement part on the truck, the repair was done in one visit the next day. Swapping out the worn screws and sending you links for the missing burner knobs is the extra care we want customers to get on every oven repair. If the cooktop burners still won't light after cleaning, that's usually a dirty or worn igniter, and we can take care of it. We serve Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, and the surrounding areas, and we appreciate your kind words and the tip.
