They are professional , knowledgeable, on time and efficient. Their quotes are honest and delivery reliable. They even did an extra fix for the Jan air grill top which is not even in the scope of work. Subsequently I invited them back to fix my Jenn-Air oven. They did the same excellent service again. Saved me 4000 from getting a new one. They are great team and very knowledgeable about both oven and the stove. Honest business with excellent skill set.

Roman was very professional & friendly. He diagnosed the problems quickly, fixed the microwave & ordered the part necessary to repair the stove. He came back as soon as the part came in & Poweron communicated with me the times he would be there, etc. I highly recommend them.

We’re sorry this visit didn’t go the way you expected. This freezer had a defrost problem. Before our technician could replace the faulty parts, he had to melt the ice off the evaporator coil. That releases a lot of water inside the unit. In our industry, it’s common to ask the homeowner for a few old towels to catch that water and protect the floor and cabinets. It wasn’t about missing tools, because he came prepared for the repair itself. Your feedback made us rethink this step, and our technicians now carry their own towels for defrost jobs. If your freezer still isn’t working right, we’d like the chance to come back and finish the repair. Nothing from your home will be needed. You can reach us through our website anytime.

The service was very prompt, within an hour. The repairman knew what to look for and had the appliance up and running in just a few minutes. He explained what was wrong and what would need to be done if it happened again. I was impressed with the service and very pleased.
