Repairs weren’t complete to the standard that I expected so I held off payment until I was completely satisfied. Staff did not follow scope of work as I instructed. They dented the building with the compactor, I installed foam expansion tape for them to bitumen to that height, so there was no reason why the finish level wasn’t correct. Also, water around the soak well didn’t run into the soak well drain. After completing the jobs to my satisfaction, I made payment in full, yet I was blacklisted and they did not inform me. Overall, I am unhappy with the service. I’ve used lots of different repair companies, resurfaced large car parks but I won’t be using Potholes Australia again.

Potholes Perth did a great job with our repair, tradesperson was on time to meet building manager on site, bitumen repairs were completed to our satisfaction, the works areas were cleaned up and car park left tidy.
Tradesman maintained a secure site (working out of hours) whilst completing works.
