Peninsula Air Conditioning did an excellent job for us from start to finish.
A special mention to Sako, who was outstanding to deal with throughout the whole process. He was personally involved, attended when needed, followed everything up carefully and made sure the installation was completed properly. He also personally took the time to show both my son and me how to use the Wi-Fi controls and helped us get everything set up and working properly. That level of personal service really stood out.
Nichole in the office was also excellent — responsive, organised and very easy to deal with.
The installation team were professional, careful with the house, sealed everything properly and left everything clean and tidy when they finished.
We are very happy with the result and with the level of service Peninsula provided. I would happily recommend them.

Everything about our experience of dealing with Peninsula Air Conditioning was excellent from beginning to end. Terrific communication from their office staff, extremely professional presentation materials with their quote and prompt installation of a new A/C unit. Their technicians are really top notch and they dealt with everything in a neat, pleasant and timely fashion. Extremely happy with the new unit and we’ll certainly use Peninsula Air Conditioning for all our future cooling and heating needs!
Am adding to my earlier comments above as we have just had a third A/C unit installed courtesy of Pen Air so have made good on my pledge to use this company for all our future cooling and heating needs! This time it was a tricky installation as we wanted the condenser unit installed in an outdoor area where our other upstairs condenser sits but which is a good distance from our bedroom. Sako came to take a look and spent time working out the best way to do it in an unobtrusive way and patiently explaining his thoughts. We received his quote the following day and 10 days later Seb and John turned up to install in accordance with Sako's plans. The process involved sending the cables through our attic and then through the wall to the outside area. All the cables were neatly pinned to the attic beams to keep them out of the way. The whole job took around 8 hours of hard work. Seb and John did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. The Daikin unit works beautifully and is so quiet. At the same time we had Sunil here to service an older unit and he also did a terrific job. As I said before, the technicians at Peninsula Air Conditioning really are top notch and the office team are all so professional, prompt and polite. They're a pleasure to work with and I highly, highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Sako and his team. From the moment Sako visited our house, everything was handled extremely professionally.
The whole team, including David, Josh, Seb, Johnny and the others, did an amazing job, and they did it with smiles! They are professional, extremely polite, and embrace any kind of challenge with a can do attitude.
They even managed to save us from having to spend more on an additional unit by finding a creative way to install a duct in an extremely difficult location.

We had a new split system installed. Communication was excellent prior to day of installation.
The three guys were very professional. Covers were used to protect furniture & flooring the whole time.
Time & patience was given to my elderly mum to explain both inside and outside units and how to use the remote control.
Would highly recommend. Will absolutely use again if needed in the future.

⭐ 1 Star – Would Never Use Again
Peninsula Air Conditioning installed two split systems in my home, but now that there is a problem, they want nothing to do with helping me get it sorted.
When I called for assistance, I was told to uninstall the app on my phone. Doing so only made the situation worse, as I can no longer access the system and have been unable to reconnect the app. I was then told that the installers were supposed to provide me with a piece of paper containing the Wi-Fi details needed for setup, but I was never given anything.
I was told they don't make appointments for servicing. Apparently they are booked out for three weeks, but I couldn't even secure a future appointment. I was told to contact Daikin directly. Unfortunately, nobody answers the phone at Daikin.
At this point, it seems my only option is to pay another air conditioning company to fix a problem with a system Peninsula Air Conditioning installed. They only look after their 'regular' customers. If you've only had a unit installed once, it appears you're no longer considered important enough to help.
Very disappointing after-sales service. I would not use this company again.

We installed your system in 2023 and the issue reported relates to reconnecting the Wi-Fi app rather than the operation of the air conditioning unit. Our team spent time assisting with troubleshooting over the phone and, when this did not resolve the issue, recommended contacting Daikin's technical support team, who are best placed to assist with app and Wi-Fi connectivity matters.
We also offered a service visit; however, due to existing bookings, we were unable to provide immediate attendance.
