Highly recommend this company for any computer software/hardware issue you may have if you live in Halton. Amol was quick to reply to my initial email, picked up the laptop and communicated any findings as he worked on it. Although our hard drive had failed, Amol was able to recover all the data. He is very knowledgeable and professional in what he does.

Amol runs this as a mobile business. I actually had a live person on the phone when I called, which is rare these days. He promptly arrived at the time he said he would and configured my new computer to link up with our printer. He is extremely knowledgeable on fixing computer related issues. The service work was done in a matter of minutes and the cost was reasonable. If you are having computer problems, in the Georgetown/Acton area of all other computer service competing businesses in this area, he is number one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Presents himself in a professional manner and gets the job done.

Amol...thank you so much! You fixed my laptop issue over the phone, explained to me why it happened, and how I could avoid the issue in the future. I hope everyone goes to you. For context, my laptop was hot and wouldn't turn on. Amol taught me how to power cycle it to discharge the static and it turned on again - all over the phone.

My experience with Amol at onsite geek was amazing, He managed to get data back from a worn out external hard drive, and when two days later I had more problems, he went above and beyond to help fix, even researching the program I needed help with. Needless to say, I will be a returning customer when problem arise with my computers.
