Last month, my iPad stopped responding due to a failed touch sensor on the screen. I reached out to the company via Facebook, and Ian responded quickly. He explained the situation in detail, provided possible outcomes, and informed me of the repair fee. I then visited the store to hand over my iPad for checking. I met Shaun, who was incredibly nice and kind. He promptly assessed the device's problem, and the procedure was very quick. Throughout the repair process, Shaun kept me updated on the progress. One week later, I got my iPad back in perfect working condition. Two years ago, I visited the store with a failed screen on my MacBook Pro 15" (2016). The Apple Store quoted me 3000 RM for a screen replacement. However, this company identified that only the screen cable needed replacing, which cost just 800 RM and took only an hour. My MacBook was repaired perfectly. I highly recommend this company's service. Thank you, Ian and Shaun, for your excellent service!

Went to get my MacBook Pro checked cause it’s constantly overheating. Finally decided to change the battery to improve the performance. Service was really good! Would recommend people to come here if u want to fix your Apple products!

Thank you to both brothers Ian and Shawn for solving my Iphone 13 pro max and pro battery issues. Indeed the battery is genuine as it is a one to one replacement without cutting any cable and soldering. They are indeed an apple authorised independent repair. Thus, professional one. Kudos to both brothers and I would strongly recommend them if you have any issues with your Apple product.

I used to go to Taman Desa branch before! But once they opened in PJ I decided to get my repair done there. The team Zee & Ian are absolutely nice, sincere and humble people. While sitting there to wait for the reformat of my MacBook they were very friendly and helpful to answer my other computer queries! In fact there was another customer who started sharing his personal life story and I was amazed how Zee was patiently listening and nodding his head while doing other gadgets repair. (Zee was obviously busy with work but he didn’t mind lending an ear to listen to his customer life worries etc) . Pricing wise they are fair too but most importantly they will try to fix your computer problems!!

Top excellent reliable service from Shaun and team (KL branch). They managed to revive a dead Macbook and retrieve 10 years worth of important data. Macbook 12" (A1534) Problem:- Unable to power on after failed battery replacement by another repair shop (based in Cheras). The other shop were inexperience and dishonest. In the end, they were not able to repair the damage that they had done. Luckily I came across KissMyMac when searching for macbook repair specialist on google. Called Shaun and he immediately narrowed down the issue to be CPU related. Sent the Macbook to Shaun for further diagnosis and he found out the CPU is dead and require replacement. During the entire process, there were constant repair tracking updates via email and whatsapp. The CPU for this model is quite rare but they managed to source and replace CPU within a short time. Conclusion: Very very recommended if you need any repairing for Mac products. Overall experience was superb.

Amazing service by Kiss My Mac Taman Desa. I have sent my devices here for the third time, first my Mac Book screen bitten by my kitten, then my iPhone back glass crash and third time for the same iphone backglass crash. Hendra and Shaun are very friendly, and helpful. The best part about them is they are honest, they tell you if something extra may need to be added they will let us know and if not needed it wouldnt be done. No hard selling. I do not wish for more phone falling and crashing the glass but if i ever do, this will be the only place i would go to. Thank you Hendra , Thank you Shaun. :)

Highly recommended as they provide integrity and excellent services . If have try others, yes they are cheap but your phone is not really repair as the part is not genuine. Useless and you need to pay extra to get it really work

came here to replace my macbook pro battery while traveling to KL and was very satisfied with the service. the staffs were friendly and helpful also gave me the traveling tips. definitely will recommended for anyone (y).
