Great tech support, awesome customer service. They installed the latest upgrade to operating system free. The only problem was that their site would not accept Citicard. Called Citibank Mastercard and in spite of them checking for acceptance and verification the site would not accept it. Had to use my wife’s Visa card. Otherwise great

Customer service was extremely helpful and competent. They sent me extra photos of the laptop, gave me a more detailed description of it, and double checked all the ports were delivering power. All around I felt reasured in my purchase when purchasing. After receiving my M2 Mac Max. I think its in better condition then they described. All around very happy with my purchase.
Everything about my experience has been outstanding. They kept me posted on what was going on with the computer I bought from them. They sent me the instructions about how to transfer the information on my old computer to my new one. They were happy to help me when I called them to help me resolve some other questions. I can't recommend them highly enough!
