Everyone was so nice! They squeezed us in because we were not able to come at another time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and increased the hearing aids volume perfectly.

I believe that the Northumberland Hearing Center is probably the most professional run medical practice I have ever encountered, they take the time to explain and work with you about the needs and benefits of your health issue. They will not sell you anything if for any reason you are not happy with the product and its results. I will recommend them to anyone who is in the market for hearing aids.

The people at Northumberland Hearing Center bring such a high level of patient care, a level that is often difficult to find. From, Deb the front office staff, being so polite and welcoming, through the entire staff. Meredith is second to none when it comes to her position. She is very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Ethan, the proprietor, literally goes above and beyond to ensure patient care and satisfaction. I, we as a community, are blest to have such compassionate, caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff, right in our backyard.
