I have used Emerald multiple times for business travelers in Nashville, the feedback from passengers I have set up with rides through Emerald has been unanimously positive. As a travel booker, I can also confirm that their customer service is friendly and accommodating and Carlton, the chauffeur we rode with most recently, received outstanding reviews from our passengers and he was also very communicative with me as well. I look forward to booking with them again and would recommend them to anyone seeking private car service in Nashville. A+, five stars!

Emerald Luxury Transportation provided extraordinary service. They managed graciously last minute change request. I applaud you in the way you handled a last minute request (even I knew was very likely impossible). Our guests were completely overwhelmed with the experience and staff. Awesome communication throughout the drop off and pick up. Definitely at top of my list for future needs.

I worked with Edward and the team at Emerald Luxury Transportation on a meeting my company hosted in Nashville for my company's top clients. We wanted to give them a VIP experience starting the minute they landed in Nashville, and Emerald Luxury Transportation certainly delivered! As with any group, there are always itinerary changes and movement across the arrivals and departures manifest. Edward and his team took these changes in stride, and adjusted schedules to meet our needs. I would highly recommend Emerald Luxury Transportation to anyone needing a car service, airport meet and greet, or bus charter in Nashville. I wish I could rate them 10 stars instead of 5.

The best car service in the Nashville area! I have used them several times and will continue to do so! Edward is lovely and prompt at returning emails. All of the drivers are fantastic- I think I know all of them at this point. And they're very professional and kind. They have great memories, too! Upon picking up they'll often ask how my previous trip went, etc. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! ***Special shoutout to James- he's one of a kind-always a nice trip to the airport with him and look forward to our chats!

I used to hire another company for private driver services for my high-net-worth boss. After that company dropped the ball one day I had to seek an alternative. I found ELT on the internet and decided to give them a call after seeing their 5-star rating. My boss was so impressed with their service that not only did we switch to ELT exclusively, but my boss decided to use them daily M-F. I could not recommend a more superior company than ELT. They pride themselves in maintaining the highest standards, and their service and attention to detail is outstanding!

We highly recommend Emerald Transportation. We were referred by a friend who was happy as well. The communication is fast and easy whether calling direct or emailing a reservation, and the drivers are dependable and on time every time. We have reserved airport rides both to and from for our daughter on multiple occasions in the past six months and as a parent I am comforted knowing she has a safe, reliable ride.
