Regularly use Kevin Smith Transportation Group for reliable service to and from the Philadelphia Airport. Drivers are always punctual, professional, and courteous. My recent pick up from the Philadelphia Airport prompted me to write this review. My driver was Damon. He was extremely understanding about my flight delay and the delay in retrieving my luggage. He never seemed bothered after these mishaps. He was very positive and reassuring. It made for such a stress-free airport experience. He was also very friendly and personable.
Highly recommend using Kevin Smith Transportation Group. We went on a family vacation where we had my father, a senior, that needed a round trip ride (90 min each way) to and from the airport. We are all out of state, so I needed a company that I could trust to get my father there, without us being there. My dad is not very savy with his cell phone, so that added extra challenges. First of all, the pickup at the home went without a hitch, and my Father stated that the driver wa a amazing. Nothing but great things to say about him. On the airport pickup, there were many challenges that we had to deal with. None to do with KSTG, but its a great company that does what it has to do, to elevate customer service. Unfortunately, my fathers flights were being constantly delayed from his point of origin which caused him to miss his connection. This happened three times, starting at 2pm and ultimately, left him not getting home til almost 3:00 AM the next day. Completely the airlines fault. The issue with the car service though was that they were never aware of the issues with the initial connection that would have gotten him home on time. I had to call KSTG when I realized this, almost two hours from when his original driver was supposed to head to the airpoirt. Well, KSTG just handled it. They scheduled a new driver based on the new flight number we provided. Now, that makes sense and we appreciated that flexibility, but the real high level customer services was due to that new driver having to wait for additional hours because my Dads scheduled flight was still being delayed, and caused the driver having to work VERY LATE into the morning. THANK YOU KSTG! You got my almost 80 year old father home safe for us. Appreciate you!
In a world where customer service seems like a thing of the past KST takes you back to a kinder, gentler time. I’m a novice air traveler and using KST for airport transport (to/from) makes air travel almost pleasant-if that’s possible any more. This is the best company. I always use them so I don’t have to park a car or - heaven forbid - stay at a hotel near the airport for an o’dark thirty check in. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank You KST for another wonderful experience.

Kevin Smith Transportation is nothing short of top notch. We used them during our Welcome Party for our son’s wedding. Communication was clear and concise, both in the booking process as well as the day of service. The vehicle was clean and well stocked with anything that we could possibly need. Joe was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly and he really went above and beyond in making sure that our guests were well taken care of.
