The technician arrived right on time, was very polite and knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and clean our units inside & out. He explained everything clearly without any pressure or hidden fees. Our fireplaces are working and looking great just in time to enjoy the cooler seasons. Highly recommend this company and team!

I was having trouble with my heat and glow fireplace . From my very first call, Jill listened and set me up with an appointment to work around my schedule. including Reminders and a text when they were on their way.
