Cody and Travis were excellent. Fence install was efficient while taking the time to ensure I was aware of options and my input was gathered. I did some extracurricular bish removal outside of their work that upset a neighbor which the whole company handled perfectly. Very good experience knowing the product and service I received I would have paid more. Handled the prior fence removal perfectly as well. Thank you Cody and Travis.

Meyers Fence Company is absolutely fantastic. I would have to admit that we were fairly difficult customers to work with. We had a couple different changes to our plans, which Meyers rolled with without any problems. Then our schedule for project completion was put on hold because our concrete took much longer than expected. Despite all of this, Meyers always made us feel like very welcomed customers and that they really appreciated our business. Top notch work and product as well! We are extremely pleased with our fence and had an overall positive experience with Meyers. We were disappointed by some communication issues in the process. We are ultimately happy with the outcome.
When we asked for an estimate, John was out in just a few days to take measurements and discuss some boundary and layout concerns I had. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful- about the product, design options, and about local regulations regarding fences and boundaries. We really appreciated his thoroughness.
I am giving four stars however, as we ran into communication issues later. Specifically, there were multiple times that we weren’t told until the day of or left to conclude on our own that installation was being delayed for some reason. At another point, we were promised that it would be finished by a certain time and it wasn’t. I do understand life happens; we are all feeling the effects of supply chain issues and the weather. However, I’m disappointed when someone makes a promise they can’t keep, and I’m amazed when someone doesn’t call to say that they have to amend that promise. I rely on this fence for our dogs. There were multiple times that I had to call in last-minute favors from dog walkers because of delays we weren’t warned about. There were other communication issues, but they aren’t worth rehashing here. Maybe it’s a small thing to some people, but I’ve never spent $14k on a home improvement project. I merely expected better communication at that price point.
Still, everyone we spoke to was very personable and easy to work with. In the end, Meyers did build a gorgeous fence, and we are incredibly grateful for it.

Update: Meyers did an excellent job of correcting the issues above and taking great care of us when we have had to call them out a couple of times since then (fence quality has remained excellent, only ever issues on our end, eg storm damage as mentioned below). Ariel especially has done an excellent job communicating with us. I am revising my review to 5 stars - I sincerely appreciate their attention to my prior feedback and I would happily recommend them to any of my friends and family.
Kelly - we are sorry to hear that your initial experience with us was less than perfect, but I am hoping that your second experience with us showed you the kind of company we truly are and strive to be for our customers. Every aspect of dealing with Meyers was great. They came out to measure with a foot of snow on the ground. Started building when the temp was still in the 20s and got it done in 2 days and I couldn't be happier with my fence! Highly recommend. If I could add photos I would!
