☺El desayuno fue lo mejor de la estancia aunque he estado en hoteles de la misma relación calidad-precio donde el desayuno es incluso mejor.
☹El personal fue muy poco amigable y en momentos grosero para entregar informacion sobre el check-in en especial Sharonne Winnie y un colega de ella de edad intermedia que nos trataron mal. Adicionalmente el wifi era de mala calidad y se paralizaba a ratos. Por último, la habitación no contaba con utensilios básicos de ducha qué en otros hoteles similares si los entregan por ejemplo: gorro de baño, rasuradora etc.

☺I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My room was clean and well maintained, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The reception team and housekeeping staff were especially attentive and always happy to assist me whenever I needed anything.
Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again!

There was even no water in the room. This was really crazy in a kind of hotel chain
We paid more than 200 eur per head for night and there was no water in the room

For the past 5 years, whenever I come to Munich, I use this hotel.
The location is wonderful, just one level below, you can take the S-bahn to all major connecting stations in Munich. There's also several shops underground - when I first came, there was a great Chinese restaurant. Now there's an Indian place, several grocery stores, a nail salon, and several other stores where you can grab a quick bite or buy amenities.
A level below that will connect you to the underground parking which is spacious - everytime I've gone, there was plenty of parking spaces; the only annoying thing is that sometimes people will park in the turning lane. There's also a parking fee.
Street level, it's right next to an Esso, so you can fill up before you leave if you arrive by car. Across the street is a wonderful museum and several eateries for a quick bite (Indian, pizza, döner, etc).
The rooms have AC, a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, and closet/cabinet space to hang clothes. Bathrooms come equipped with washcloths.
Everytime I've gone, whether solo or with others, the rooms are always clean, comfortable, the staff (both cleaning and front desk) are kind and welcoming.
The times I get breakfast, it's standard hotel fare with a variety of hot/cold menu items.
