As always. Very helpful and pleasant. Currently my health isn't good. And they where so helpful and understanding, grace too her time with me to help choose a pair of frames, she's always so helpful. And faith the opticians was outstanding going through my images of eyes and talking me through them. Ect. Such a lovely bloke and name.

From entering the shop all of the colleagues gave a warm reception, the young lady took me to her desk and checked all of my details and did the relevant pre optician eye test. The optician was warm and lovely too, great questioning and I never felt "sold too", she explained everything thoroughly and I was happy with the outcome. Then Grace helped me to choose new glasses, she was brilliant and knows her stuff, what suits and what doesn't, as an ex hairdresser I appreciate face shapes and suitable hairstyles and I'm sure glasses and face shapes need to be matched too and Grace certainly knows what suits which face shape. Once glasses were chosen I only had to wait 2 weeks and a follow up appointment was booked and of course the collection went equally as smoothly too. Thanks

The kindest lady optician. Great attention paid in making sure the focal point in my lens was correct. Brill after service. Great choice of frames. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for which in this case was excellent varifocals

Great opticians ,I went to billingham branch lovely helpful and pleasant staff, have time to listen to what you need from your glasses. Have been to other big companies for my glasses but this opticians lenses are good quality with great clarity. This is where I will purchase my spectacles from now on.

Don't go anywhere else ... I went to Tesco first but concerned they hadn't picked up an issue so booked in at McCormick's they spotted the YSG Capsulotomy straight away and made an immediate referral to Spamedica.

From my emergency appointment to see Optician Zahra I received fantastic support and care. Zahra fast tracked me to James Cook emergency eye care unit where I was diagnosed with 3rd nerve palsy eye. Thankyou so much Zahra for your help. Would highly recommend this Opticians and Zahra.
