After backing into my 30 year old stair railing I searched for a professional fabricator and installation company to replace it. Based on a reference my 1st attempt was at a company in Canton, MA. For over 2 months they kept promising to have the owner call me - never did. So I searched social media and found Master Iron Work in Braintree, MA had amazing reviews. I wrote them on a Sunday evening and Ana returned my inquiry in less than 24hrs. After a few photos and questions Ana and another owner came to my house and took detailed measurements saying it would take 3-4 weeks to fabricate. 3 weeks less one day and Nana wrote to say it was ready and if I would like it installed the next day-I did! In every contact this family was professional, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and smiling. Thank you Master Iron Work, Ana, Victor & Josimar!

This summer, Victor and his team at Master Iron works demolished two vintage 1977 fire escapes on the former Wellesley Community Center; fabricated new galvanized iron structures and installed them without disruption to the use of the building by the current tenants. The old staircases were significantly worn- one with a completely collapsed step and the other with structural cracks and both with advanced rusting. The new galvanized steps are beautiful and add to the safety of the building and should last even longer than the originals. Victor and his team were a pleasure to work with. The work was done as promised; they were responsive to feedback; and importantly communication was key. Ana the office manager kept us informed of scheduling with plenty of lead time. I highly recommend Master Iron Works for your next project!
