Kieran has been amazing at helping us book our cruise & Orlando holiday. 1000% recommend him to anyone. He is so friendly and helpful.
I’ve had an outstanding experience with Kieran. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly helpful, always finding great deals, offering options that match exactly what I’m looking for, and responding to my messages without delay. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine effort to make my trip perfect have truly impressed me. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning a cruise. He makes the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable!
Excellent experience booking our holiday through Kieran - persevered when our booking was having issues with the cruise company’s system, got us a better deal than I’d seen anywhere else & was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting our cabin. Couldn’t recommend more 😊
We have now booked a few trips with Magical Traveller and they have always been exceptional at finding us trips we love. Their extra touches make it feel so special. It's nice to book with an independent business knowing they know us, and we have the safety blanket of reaching them directly if anything happens (not that it has) during one of our trips. I will always use & recommend Magic Traveller. Thank you
Kieran helped us immensely with our cruise and navigating a few minor issues - he is genuinely excellent and we would recommend him.
Kieran is super easy to work with and make booking our latest trip so much easier than anything we've booked before. We will be using him again! Couldn't recommend him enough!
Kieran is so friendly and helpful. I’ve pestered and asked so many questions and have never been made to feel like I’m being a nuisance, he’ll happily help and answer all my questions. He’s been flexible with all requests and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. 5 stars from us. Thanks again for everything.
Easy to book, very helpful with advice and suggestions. Perfect cruise. Will be booking with Kieran for next year
Kieran was recommended to me by my brother for an upcoming cruise with Virgin Voyages. He's been really helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended as an excellent travel agent.
I must admit I was a little dubious when I first came across Kieran however, having done a little research and spoken to him I was a lot happier. He explained all the Safeguards in place and I decided to give him a try. The service he has provided is top notch and I can't wait to go on the holiday he has arranged.
Had an amazing experience dealing with Kieran from Magical Traveller; his professional attitude and his knowledge were amazing. I couldn't have asked for more. Kieran answered all the questions I had instantly, and I have never felt more comfortable travelling to another country. Thank you, Kieran :)
Can't recommend Kieran and Phil enough.
They sorted our 2021 UK Staycation Disney Cruise when we were completely new to the cruise type of holiday.
They sorted our Virgin Cruise out, for our second journey.
Recently we cruised on Disney from Port Canaveral and all our flights, accomodation before and after, and transfers were sorted by them. Everything went really smoothly, pickups really smooth from very professional transfer companies.
Already planning our next cruise (and flights/accomodation) and will trust Kieran and Phil to sort it all out once again...
UPDATE as I can't add a second review...
Just returned from a Transatlantic Disnry Cruise, which Kieran planned and booked for us, including the cruise, flights, post cruise accomodation in Miami and Key West and Car hire. Absolutely magical trip.
And just now secured our next Disney cruise by Kieran staying up until 2am to secure the cabin we wanted using our placeholder discount on the Disney Adventure sailing out of Singapore over Christmas 2025.
Looking forward to planning the trip around that cruise with Kieran.

Thank you Phil, so glad you had the most amazing time in Orlando!
Kieran of Magical Traveller has been excellent! Was recommended to me and I have not be disappointed. Kept me to date, came back with answers to my questions, found exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend without doubt and will be using again. Thank you Magical Traveller :) x
We’ve used Kieran at Magical Traveller to book our next cruise with Virgin. This is the first time we’re using a TA rather than booking direct, Kieran has taken all the stress out of arranging flights, hotel, and the cruise plus given extra sailor loot making it an even better deal.
Really speedy communication, great recommendations and a fantastic service, we won’t be going back to DIY bookings any time soon 😊
I had an amazing experience booking with Kieran. He responded to my queries via email very quickly and I was able to book right away. I found this very reliable and I was even able to get a more affordable rate than on the website.
Kieran was brilliant. Really helpful, put together 2 potential cruise deals for me and went though all the options. The website is really good for budget planning as you can estimate how much to set aside for your bar tab (it’s not your doctor so you can be truthful about the amount you plan on drinking!). After looking at my options and working out a budget I let Kieran know and he selected a brilliant cabin and held it for me while I sorted out my deposit. Really friendly and really helpful. Booking holidays should be this easy all the time.
Helpful, Efficient and informative. We have used this business on a number of occasions for cruise bookings and have found them to be excellent. Practical info and advice to get the most out of your trip. Kieran takes as much time as is necessary to answer questions and propose alternatives where necessary as is needed. No pressure is applied. Just genuine excellent service. On their service to date we would highly recommend.
